Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Danbury

I recently got the honor and privilege to DJ for the 4th Annual Chick Fil-A Daddy-Daughter Date Night! I have to say that owner Rich, his coordinator Lou, and the entire staff were absolutely the best, friendliest and hardworking crew as I have ever worked with!!! They waited on the customers hand and foot and not only served food quickly, but spent lots of time dancing and interacting with the guests to make the night extra special. They honestly couldn’t have done more to help this run smoothly from pre-planning all the way through execution. They had photo magnets of each family, nail painting, activities, giveaways, the dancing mascot CFA Cow, and limos rides!!! What other business is doing this stuff these days???? So generous and kind!!! They absolutely created a magical experience for the young girls and their fathers and honestly it was beyond heart warming to witness!

While we all know their food is the best anyway, what CFA in the Danbury Mall does best is truly impact the lives of the people in their communities with more than just good cuisine!! Additionally they teach respect, kindness, joy, and provide people with a happy experience in this fast-paced and super busy world.

All this is what separates CFA from being just a business, but rather it is a strong force to be wreckoned with and I view it as a great organization set out to shape and mold each person within their backyard for the greater good!!!!

I come to this chick fil a often but I’m a bit disappointed in the amount of food received I spent around 30 bucks and I ordered a medium combo and a few other sandwiches with a large Mac and cheese. The medium fries was basically the amount of fries of a small, wasn’t even filled up to the proper amount to the brim as it should be like many other locations through CT and NY that I went to, the large mac and cheese was also skimped out also. It’s basically low key stealing from my pocket. Like I ordered a large Mac and cheese and medium fries for a reason chick fil a lol so I can have MORE FOOD if I wanted small I would have ordered a small… SMH. Makes me a bit frustrated when these places do such things like that, If I seen the food in the bag on how it was given all skimped out with both items before driving off I would have said something to the manager but I drove a hour away so how could I have said something by the time I got home and took the bag of food out that’s when I noticed it smfh. I’m always content with this location every time I come but for some reason today was a bad day for them so I’m not judging...

I went to chick fil a in the Danbury mall on 5/27/24 and ordered 8 frozen lemonades and there was a young girl working there who thought it was ok to hold our cups with her fingers inside the cups with lemonade, bare hands no gloves which was disgusting. Then she had an attitude when I told her she needs to remake those. She then rolled her eyes and whispered to another worker(Mike) who was so polite and took care of the problem. Then the girl continued to make other people’s ice cream and drink with no gloves no washing, legit hand inside cups like it was disgusting. The line was pretty crazy there and Mike handled it so well and helped all he’s coworkers out! I asked if he was a manager and he said he’s not he’s just a trainer but make deserves a promotion or raise or something great costumer service from him. He definitely has...
