My husband and I were just browsing around for a king size mattress, so we could sleep better since he's 6ft tall and takes a lot of space. We first went to the store in Ridgefield, but ended up in Danbury because it has a couple more options. Jose was the one who helped us out and we couldn't be happier with the service. We hate feeling pressured into buying something when we are just browsing, but Jose was amazing. He showed us a couple options according to what type of mattresses we were loking for, and let us free at the store to lay back and forth on those. He would come back to ask if we needed more help, but in general we loved the experience of being able to decide without pressure.

We just purchased 2 mattress sets today, and Vu and Jennifer were nothing short of amazing. I give them so much credit and respect for their knowledge on mattresses and their customer service skills. They work with you patiently to determine what mattress is best and help you meet your needs both comfort wise and price wise.
