GameStop — Attraction in Danville

This gamestop is larger/has more variety than my home location, but that's not what I'm here to emphasize in this 5 star review. We called to ask if the Ragnarok PS5 bundle was available, it was, so we headed over. We made it 30 minutes until their closing time & there were several other shoppers inside. Despite it being so close to closing and being semi-busy for the time of day, Lorilee assisted me with an issue I was having where my pro membership was connected to an email address I no longer have access to. At my home location I was told to call customer service (I stayed on hold with them over an hour and never got through). I was never told that the store employee could get through to customer service significantly faster. But Lorilee did give me this option and was able to get it all fixed in 20 minutes. Woulda gave it five stars cuz it started out as a bad experience trying to return a game case that had the wrong game in it. At first they were saying all they could do was refund my money. The squeaky wheel prevails, at this particular GameStop if it wasn't for a guy named Keith older gentleman. He performed absolutely excellent service after the others did not, did everything I needed him to do. He went ahead and had them order me a replacement game that's being delivered for free. Went here for one item and there was only 3 to 4 people in line with two associates behind the counter. Looked around for about 5 minutes before going to checkout and all the same people were still in line. This is by far the slowest Game Stop I've ever been to and is the reason we avoid this one in particular. A nice older gentlemen was walking around when we arrived asking if anyone needed help. Not sure where he went to after. Everything else seemed ok besides the slowness of getting checked out. This was not at a busy...
