These people are immoral and do not take responsibility for their actions. The owners daughter Brooke Hall hit my car on Piney Forest one saturday. We pulled over and looked at the damage. She was very upset and apologizing at the time. She said she didn’t want to get insurance involved and I agreed not to going off of she seemed like a genuine good person. I was wrong. She texted me later that day after not answering my calls saying “she wanted to make this right”. I then called and texted her several more times. I didn’t hear from her for 2 days. Through facebook I found out she worked at furniture depot. I then went up there to ask her why she hasn’t contacted me about our situation. She at first lied and said she wasn’t in an accident but then I explained to her I have her text she then apologized again for hitting my car. She again said she didn’t want to go through insurance but she would pay for it out of pocket if i went to get an estimate. I then went to Adkins Brothers on Mount Cross and got an estimate for 2100$ worth of damage to the back of my car. I brought the estimate back to her and I said I would give her a couple days to get me a check. A week goes by no text, no calls. I then realize that she has blocked my number. I then go back up there on Black Friday to confront her. She says “there’s nothing I can do for you bud.” Her father Donnie Hall interjects and tells us to take it outside. He is backing his daugher’s for ghosting me after being nice about no going through her insurance after she had been in ANOTHER accident with a rolls royce. Two grown adults acting like children. BUSINESS OWNERS. FAMILY BUSINEES. I wouldn’t take furniture from them if they were giving it away. Not good people to do business with. Do not trust these people to take care of your furniture needs. I went in search of furniture for my new home. Brooke was extremely rude and condescending to me. She seemed very bothered by my presence. Someone needs to remind her that customers are not an interrupting of your business, they are the reason for it! After 5 minutes of her attitude, I politely asked if I could speak with the person in charge. She informed me that she was the person in charge and I needed to leave. Don't do business with this store! The owner will not do anything but take your money and forget about you! Even if you thought you were childhood/lifelong friends! I had an issue with a Catnapper recliner. He completely dropped the ball and has since blocked me on social media. I had to go directly to Catnapper and they gave me a brand new chair!
