I live and work overseas, have International business affairs and need my computer equipment in top condition. For the last couple of years, when I come home to Danville and have problems with my computer I go to Computer House. Fortunately, when I give my computer to Bo for servicing...he is always honest, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and he does a super excellent job servicing whatever computer I bring him. My hard drive crashed a few days ago and I took it to Bo. Although he was unable to fix it and could not retrieve my hard drive information...no fault of his...he broke down what was wrong and even provided me with a reference that could help me. Bo is always kind, generous with his time, he never ever unnecessarily accelerates the problem or level of repair, he is not pretentious and he didn't charge me. I appreciate Bo more than he knows...not only when he repairs my computers and brings them back to life...but equally when he lays it down straight and center. Me and my significant other purchased two laptops and immediately we had issues out of them.When we brought them back to be fixed we were treated with a disrespectful sarcastic attitude by the owner who frankly needs lessons in common decency and customer service. I would not recommend this place as not only do they not give refunds, warranties that hold up when you need your laptop repaired or even a friendly attitude. Read moreThe manager there is very unprofessional. I dropped my phone off on a Friday. I was quoted a price, and the screen had to be ordered and that the truck didn't run on Saturday but I would have my phone either that Monday or Tuesday. The manager calls me Monday night at 6 o'clock saying he had just had time to check his email and they were out of that part. He also tells me it's going to cost me 280 instead of 220. My question to him was why didn't you call me earlier. His response was, I was swamped and had just gotten around to it. Very unprofessional.
