BEWARE BEFORE GOING First timers, double check your options before coming here.
THE GOOD The only good is that they did put back the phone in 97% back but the screen was lose and not completely sealed. And they did not charge us extra for fixing their mistake! But that is the only good that I can say.
THE BAD 1# First off when they fix your phone they will try to use a 3rd party cheaper quality parts BEFORE attempting to get either a higher quality or original part.
If the current device that you're bringing back to repair they may not find original parts or third-party parts may be based off the phone's originally and stock (in short the more outdated or rare the phone the harder it will be for them to fix the phone in complete state)
2# If THEY fail to fix you will not get the full amount you said they will charge for the time spent attempting to fix it, (which i get but at the same time to fair to the customer) They do have to do a alot of intricate stuff so i understand why but it does suck...
3# they are not as professional phone repair service as they say they operate in a cheap way. What I mean is you're not getting professional quality done (third party or aftermarket components). If you go here to repair your phone you're most likely not going to have the original quality of your phone back. If you don't care about having the premium quality repairs then you can come here and they'll do it most likely, if you're trying to get the original quality of a repair try somewhere else.
Story! They took three days to fix my friend's phone and they took a few more days to get the parts that were in we attempted to fix a OnePlus 95 5G, and apparently they were struggling to be able this particular phone screen. They couldn't find the original parts for this particular phone so they did not inform us that they did not find the original parts and that they were using aftermarket parts until after they failed and told us that they could not fix the phone. Now knowing that not all phone places will start using quality parts makes me wonder so now if you do go to a phone place make sure to ask if they use quality parts first or third party components. That will help determine if it's worth the price to you. The current device that you're bringing back to repair may not find original parts or third-party parts may be based off the phone's originally and stock (in short the more outdated or rare the phone the harder it will be for them to fix the phone in...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePlease make sure to ask a lot of questions before agreeing to have your phone fixed. My phone stopped working the next day, but I thought maybe it needed some time to adjust. Bruce didnāt offer me help when I went in person. He told me that I needed a new phone. Then when I called to ask questions about what happened and questioned the services I was told I was being threatening. Bruce said I talked over him when he did it to me when I was trying to explain myself. He didnāt want to hear what I had to say or answer my questions. When I asked about the warranty, he said it doesnāt offer a refund. I told him he didnāt explain that to me, and he said I had no proof. At one point, he did say I could have the screen replaced, but I asked him why he didnāt offer me that option when I was in the store 20 minutes ago. He even called me childish. He then threatened me with a restraining order because I called back to ask why he didnāt explain certain things before I purchased the new screen. So now, Iāve wasted over 300 dollars because an expert wasnāt honest with me. Also, he gives a free screen protector to people who give him a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreRidiculous . I smashed my phone screen while shopping in the Dartmouth Walmart, how convenient so I thought that I could get it fixed right then and there. This location at the time didnāt have my specific phone screen iPhone 15 pro in stock but confirmed there would be one for me in the Fall River location so I took the drive. All seemed good was done in a short time and reasonably priced compared to needing to buy a brand new phone instead. Been not even a month and the screen goes neon purple once a day at-least and turns off and on periodically, also has a permanent black circle at the top. But I mean itās after market so I knew there may be glitches. The most interesting part is that since then my phone has been flagging my battery Unrecognized, and not original iPhone. Strange since its is only a few months old. Now it canāt hold a charge and changes its percentage randomly . Always turns off and on more and more as the days pass. Not sure what exactly happen considering I just went in to fix my screen and end up with two issues instead. Wonder where...
