Hard Rock Cancun - Do Not Stay There
If I could give them a negative number, I would. I traveled on vacation to Cancun from August 2-6, 2017. I stayed at the Unico 2087 resort. The resort suggested that we visit the Hard Rock resort on Saturday August 5th so we could see their nightclub. When we arrived all eight ( 4 couples) of us were told that we had to give them our ID cards and that they would give them back to us when we left. Being in a foreign country we felt uncomfortable giving up our ID cards. We asked if they could just take photocopies of the ID cards. They forced us to give them the cards. There was another van containing ten people that left our resort at the same time. They were behind us in line. When they went to the counter they showed their IDs and were given back their ID cards. The difference was they were all white and we were all black. They couldn't explain why they treated us differently so we demanded our IDs back. They gave them back. I have never been so insulted and offended in my life. My travel agent wanted us to go over there to see if we like it so she could book us reservations at that resort. I will never stay at that racist hotel chain. I can't believe you guys are so blatant in your racism. I will definitely spread the word to all of my friends. All we wanted to do was have a nice date night. We are all Navy veterans who still serve our country...
Read moreI am a VIP player I’m less than 1400pts from ICON status and I bet tens of thousands average per day. I take my losses with pride but when tech asks for screenshot proof of app tech issues and I deliver and they gaslight me. I’m no longer using their app. It’s been 6 days since they said supervisor would call me. My VIP lady said she contacted customer service also and nothing so far.
I also had been asking my vip lady for a free cruise because all my friends who play as much get them offered; she stated hardrock doesn’t offer cruises, only unity does. Then I ask about tickets for concert coming up and she offers me a 7 day cruise… nothing makes sense. Hypocritical hardrock.
This bet was active and I was in the lead and wanted cash out and they said there was no tech issues even tho game was halfway done and still said starting soon. They claim cash outs aren’t always option and I know better than their lies. The picture shows the glitch. I turned off app and phone to fix myself and couldn’t. Tech did nothing after me messaging them for 3hrs.

Hard Rock said there’s simply nothing they can do as they have no CCTV & untrained staff who refused to help or call the police! All of which who witnessed the attack on a child! Shame on Hard Rock! If a woman a child are attacked in the middle of the day in Ireland people help!
