I came here with my family and the food was not good. The soup bases were really odd tasting and the seafood tastes spoiled. The server was not wanting to understand anything we were saying… We asked do they have any Thai soup bases (they do) and they told us no go to Lemongrass.. So i asked to see the menu just to see that they do have Tom Yum. The server had a bad attitude and total people eating is 5 so there was no charge for gratuity so we didn’t really enjoy anything about our experience so we just decided to leave 15$ then the server has the nerve to approach us loudly saying we didn’t leave him a good tip. Forcing us to leave him 18% or more. He yelled at us saying his owner only takes 18% or more tips for employees then we just decided if he will not take it and is going to cause a big scene and yell we might as well not leave one. so we leave and he follows us to the car yelling on the phone basically wanting his 18% so we just say whatever and give it to him and then he gives it back and starts yelling. Basically weirdest experience i’ve ever been in. I will never recommend this place to anyone. And the owner was telling us the employee works very hard and we should tip him more he’s under paid.. if that’s the case maam pay him more, we are not the owners or obligated to tip big on someone who definitely doesn’t deserve it. you are the owner that is your job to pay your employees don’t put that on your customers who have received...
Read moreI would like to express my concern regarding my recent experience at the establishment. While the initial visit was positive, 10 hours after my visit, I experienced mild fever, diarrhea, and vomiting for hours.
I want to bring to your attention that there were many "exotic" meats placed in close proximity to the greens and other seafood, which may have caused contamination. Although I did not consume any "exotic" meats such as pig brains or unfamiliar seafood, I believe that the proximity of these items to other foods poses a potential health risk.
Furthermore, I called the establishment the next day to inform them of what had happened and request a refund. However, I was disappointed to learn that they refused to issue a refund and challenged me to meet with them in person to resolve the issue. I was shocked by their response, as I expected them to take my concerns seriously and take appropriate action to address the potential health risk.
As a customer, I value the quality and safety of the food and services provided by businesses, and I expect that they take appropriate measures to ensure the health and safety of all customers. I am disappointed by the establishment's response to my complaint and their lack of concern for my health and wellbeing.

Read moreI usually came here but today would be probably the last time. First of all, speaking about the soup base which was especially the vegetable broth, it tasted bland and wasn't good as before. Secondly, when it came to dessert, the green bean soup was totally spoiled, I could smell it unpleasant right after opened the container and didn't dare to taste it to check further. I actually didn't tent to complain about it because everything else was fine though like the service and fresh ingredients. Then I decided to leave a tip of 10%. After we left and took a walk around the plaza, the server hurriedly chased us (we came with two people) to ask if he possibly did something wrong and forced us to tip more. Looking at his behavior (it was sincere though), I believe it reflects how the owner put the pressure on their employees to do that. Keep in mind that customers only leave a tip for what it deserves, but in this case it didn't at all. I still gave out a couple bucks for him just because I didn't want him to suffer anything from his boss. That being said, it is extremely rude and immature as to the restaurant owner's policy. Remember that customers are not responsible for paying wages to servers, it is obviously employer's responsibility to take care of.
