CityThrift St. Vincent de Paul — Attraction in Dayton

I love therapy thrifting here I find amazing deals! Theres a red hair associate there that has such a bad energy about herself she makes my shopping experience extremely unpleasant! She irritates me so bad you ask her a question she has a attitude always short and snappy then she acts like your trying to steal the items when you ask about a item that’s not priced I didn’t take the sticker off idiot it wasn’t on there ! And it almost never fails every time I see her I have a bad shopping experience such as today I should of not got in her line to check out I had a hand weight I planned to use for therapy because I had surgery on my fingers and as I went through all my items when I got home I realized it’s not in any of my bags now the sticker was wilted and it was a yellow tag which was half off today for 1.99 so I’m guessing she must of put it to the side “thinking I placed the sticker on there” which has me so irritated because out of everything I bought that was actually something I needed. Just like a fake plant I bought had two tags on it one for 1.49 blue tag and one for 3.99 yellow tag (which was half off) and I brought it to her attention and she made it seem like I put the blue one of there for 1.49 like be for real a 50 cent difference I’m just so upset and annoyed right now that woman needs to find a new job! This afternoon I went into the thrift City walking around looking at items in the Goodwill walked up to the jewelry case a woman yelled out can I help you what are you looking for very rudely she said all you do is come in this store and look around at things you never buy anything another lady was waiting for her to unlock the changing room she also copped an attitude with her and started running her mouth in the changing room . Thrift City should have a note on the door stating that people is not allowed to come in and walk around and look at the items in the Goodwill. The cashier was curly-headed wore glasses in a black heavy metal t-shirt she was very rude and nasty I will not return the thrift City...

The ladies there are really nice. I visit at least two times per week and I've yet to have a bad experience with them.

The prices are reasonable. Of course your gonna find a item that's priced too much but that's any thrift store you go to. They sell furniture, clothing , collectables, toys , shoes and everything thing in between. I love that you can find interesting vintage items here as well as new current items. I never walk away empty handed.
