Terrible took my boyfriend and my grandson sat for over 2hrs after being played that whole 2hrs was told he couldn't cut both so wasted our time I said as soon as I came in it didn't matter who cut them I just needed it done but that was ignored pretty much as we was I'm a very loyal customer I was unaware they usually go by appt it says walk ins welcome being a first time customer I went by the website information I didn't know I feel first impression is everything I'll never go back again I've never felt so disrespected trying to spend money at a business especially trying to support local businesses but we will never go back they don't know how to make people...

Terrible experience

Already told barber to cut the back and two sides of head as faded, but he cut half of the top almost as bald where I always have long hair without letting me know.
