I had a terrible experience with this shop and would not recommend them to anyone, especially brides. We brought in my wedding dress for simple but essential alterations: cut and finish the neckline, and add a bustle. These are very standard requests for any wedding gown.

Instead, the neckline was only cut and left with raw, unfinished edges. No sewing, no sealing—just rough fabric. When I brought this up, the owner’s daughter claimed she had messaged me asking if I wanted the edges sewn, glued, or hot-pressed. I double-checked the messages—this never happened. Rather than take responsibility, she called me rude for pointing it out.

As for the bustle, it wasn’t done at all. When I asked why, she claimed we never asked for one, which is absolutely false. It was discussed during our appointment. This level of miscommunication and denial is unacceptable.

To make matters worse, the shop owner (who initially offered to do the alterations as a gift) left the country without telling me. From June 14 to July 6, 2025, I asked her daughter multiple times for progress photos of the dress—she refused, saying she was “too busy.” Then, after all this, they tried to charge me $200 for incomplete and unprofessional work.

This shop is disorganized, dishonest, and lacks basic customer service. If you’re a bride, don’t take the risk—go somewhere that respects your time, your dress, and...
