City Outlet — Attraction in Dearborn

Stay away from this place. If there is the slightest issue with the items they bring you, they will do their best to charge you more money for changes. I was sold a fridge. I told the rep is could not be too big because my doorways are smaller. He pulls out a tape measure. Tells me that this one will fit fine. Charges me 100 for delivery and sends me on my way with an 1800 dollar bill. Well it did not fit. They said they would replace it for a 40 dollar upcharge and an additional 30 dollar delivery fee. He also told me that the 120 plug for the dryer was standard. Guess what? It wasn't. I will probably have to call my electrician to get the outlet replaced. Stick with the bigger brand stores. These guys cost just as much as them, so it really isn't a deal; furthermore, places like Sears and Lowes provide better customer service. By the way, I also had to wait for the delivery drivers to decide when they wanted to get out of the delivery truck because they sat in front of my house for 30 minutes eating and shooting the ... They could have pulled over somewhere else to do that....

Thank you for a professional shopping experience Rayan! I purchased my GE Adore refrigerator from your store in August this year 2020. I was skeptical about buying used but because of Covid, many high end stores did not have much of a selection in stock. Long story short, there I was, an African American female, shopping for a major purchase at a store I knew nothing about but I stopped anyway because the store looked appealing. I was approached by a more than helpful sales person, Rayan who answered every question, even the dumb ones, with respect. I wish all sales people were like him. I would like to thank Rayan and City Outlet for an amazing shopping experience and hope that you will continue to treat each customer regardless of race with dignity and respect. I have and will continue to refer my friends and family. City Outlet not has a good selection of refrigerators (better than my experience at some other “big name” stores) but stoves, toys, and everything else! Keep up...

Everyone was so helpful and nice when I was making decisions about my purchase. $3,000, and a couple of weeks later, I can't get anyone to answer my calls! I was told everything was new and in working condition, just minor nicks and dents. My oven doesn't cook properly. They want me to bake everything at 450° is when the oven seems to start baking. Then, it takes forever! 30-45 mins for cookies to bake Hour plus for fish sticks, hour plus for bacon. I heated a precooked cake.
