This review is in regards of online orders. I’m not the type of person to write reviews but this store absolutely frustrated me with their horrible customer service. I ordered 3 dresses and wanted to return two of them because they were completely different than the photos as well as they were very huge even though I filled the size shirt. The dresses were supposed to be fitted on the top and flows out as it shows in their photos and Instagram model videos, but they were just straight down with no fitted areas. The third dress was very see through even though their dress description states it’s lined. Yes, it is lined, but with very cheap material. I contacted both points of contact for their customer service via email and text messaging. Although there is not a number to “call” I tried calling the number I texted multiple times but unfortunately no one answered. I received no answers via text message either. They did answer to my email but would not clear up my questions on the return and refund policy. They would also respond so late (a week or more) or when I would re email them again letting them know that my concern was not addressed. I tried returning through the online portal, but the portal would not let me return one dress and would give me store credit for the other dress when it clearly states in their return policy that they provide refunds if you mean the duration of the return. It’s too late now and now I have two dresses that I can’t even wear or return because no one bothered to take their time in customer service to address my returns concerns after trying to contact multiple times. Honestly I’m very disappointed as I thought LaMeera Moda was only an online page, but the fact they have a store and still cannot provide satisfactory customer service is...

Worst experience...(advice) If you’re planning to buy from the website don’t take the return policy on their website into consideration at all cause apparently they have a different policy in the store.......I ordered a dress online and I didn’t like it on me so I ordered another one with a different style same size and color but pickup. So I can just take the pickup one and return the one that didn’t fit me right. My first order wasn’t even a week long I ordered on July 5 and came to my house on the 9th of July and on the same day(July 9) I ordered the one I wanted. And today(July 11) I go to the store and she tells me no sorry I can’t return only exchange...I kept explaining that I already ordered a pickup one but still no...they just don’t want to give your money back in anyway and her excuse was (some ppl buy, wear it and then return it) not to mention when I returned mine it was BRAND NEW...I tried it and put back just like how it was... it was never worn out and she saw that and didn’t care. I waited in the store about 30 mins waiting for her to talk to her “boss” then they come up with the solution of giving me store credit so that they make sure I’ll use my money in the store....so basically if you’re buying something from their website or store don’t expect to get your money back if you don’t like it or if it doesn’t fit. They have their own policies in the store.They just lost a customer. Very unprofessional. Hope this helps whoever is planning to order from abayati fashion...

Salam! I just want to say how much I am in love with abayati fashion hijabs and customer service( when I am shopping; I like to look for amazing customer service as well as product!) The quality is very beautiful for the price! I purchased over $200 worth of hijabs and the beautiful ladies especially Mona had helped me organize everything together, and made sure I was 100% satisfied before I left. There eid sale is great as well! Mashallah. I also loved how I ordered online and got to pick up my hijabs in store within 2 days! Very quick and convenient!! (Free shipping). Another thing I loved about their chiffons is that they are nonslip! Even without an under piece. Perfect for the summer. Thank you again beautiful ladies for taking care of me and making sure I left the door 100% satisfied, I appreciated your flexibility with my order. Can’t wait to get married and purchase my dress from you guys! ( they also have a new service with tailoring!) definitely worth the trip! ( lol not affiliated with the store, just love to shout out small business in Dearborn that deserve it and are hidden gems with great quality chiffons for half the price)....
