This place has nice things to offer and prices are fair . However my experience with them was terrible and I say that for various reason - They were very unorganized and out of order and short staffed ( during Covid). Unavailable to help other customers that waited for a long time . Unsure about many other products that they offer and unsure if they can order it . One guy ( salah) is overloaded . Though, he is very polite , patient and attentive when yuh talk to him, but it seems as though he is the only one that runs the store . Way too much on him . He forgot what to tell him because he can’t keep up with the Load of work out on him . He needs help and break . my worst experience comes in dealing with his “older brother” by the name BADR. BADAR is unlike Salah in so many ways. He is very short tempered, unrealistic, unreasonable, and worse of all inconsiderate. He is very disrespectful and careless about his customers and their experience. My dealing with him was regarding a piece of furniture I had purchased from Salah and was offered to return it for a newer one because of a defect on the first one . Salah would’ve handled it a professional manner especially when he promised to exchange it. BADR was so rude and inconsiderate to the point that he looks at you line you don’t matter , especially when I explained to him that his brother promised me of the change , he refused and said ” I don’t care”. If it wasn’t for my patience and other things , it could have turned in to an ugly situation. I don’t recommend him to anyone . He looks like he has lots of issues in his head and he brings to his store and takes it on his custmers. I hate to say this but even his look and approach , he doesn’t look like a business man that understands the full concept of doing business and customers satisfaction. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE… I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!! Salah, one of the employees, convinced me to buy a bedroom set by assuring me that it included everything shown in the set's picture he showed me. I was given a delivery date after placing my order, but I didn't get it on time, it arrived two weeks later. When they delivered my order they refused to put it together and told me they had many deliveries to make and don’t have time. As I was putting it together myself I noticed that one of the pieces Salah had shown me was missing and hadn't been delivered, so I gave them a call and they told me that the piece that was missing isn’t included in the set. I spoke with a different employee when I went to see them in person and explained my situation to him. He called Salah and asked as to whether what I had told him was true, but Salah continued to tell him lies and stated that he wasn’t the one who made the sale to me. They mentioned to me that if I still wanted that piece that I have to purchase it for $199 when I can get it for a lot cheaper somewhere else. I was very bothered by what had happened and asked him to go back and check the cameras and see that Salah was the one who made the sale to me. Two days later he called me back confirming that Salah was the one who made the sale to me… He said that if I'm still interested in buying that piece, it's $199 but did nothing to resolve what...

I bought a very costly bed with a big carpet and a very expensive wardrobe. When I placed my order, the salesperson (Saleh) assured me that it would arrive in 2 weeks. However, when I called them after 2 weeks had passed, they informed me that it would take longer and that the delivery team would bring the wardrobe. However, they came Spent hours and were unable to put it together because they had brought the wrong stuff with it, left my home messy with boxes, as they told they don’t clean up and it’s in the receipt. I paid for white gloves service Then they returned the following day with the wrong color carpet. I had to return to the store to select the same carpet again because the sales person didn’t order the right carpet.and my carpet still hasn't come; it’s over 2 months now I'm waiting. When I contacted, they kept promising to bring it today/ tomorrow but when that day came and went, they don’t pick up phone call when someone does then he doesn’t know status of the order.
