I am extremely disappointed with the appalling service I received at modern hijabi. From start to finish, it was a complete disaster. When I first visited the store, no one bothered to assist me, and the girl working was dismissive. I found an abaya set that I liked, however the dress portion was tight, while the abaya part was really large. After searching on my own, I was told my size wasnāt available. I ended up buying a dress on its own, and a smaller sized abaya (as the set), meaning two purchases for something that is an error in their sizing.
To my surprise, I found my size online after I went home. I was never told that they had this option online. I reached out to the store to explain what happened, and no one responded until I commented on an Instagram post. Only then did they ask me to return to the store to sort things out.
Given that I live over an hour away, I made sure to confirm they had my size and could help before making the tripāagain, no response. Despite this, I drove back to the store, only to find they still didnāt have my size. Worse, they didnāt have it online either and said they were sold out. The girl working there even tried to gaslight me and claim that this abaya set wasnāt listed on the site the day I had checked for it. I would really love to understand what I would benefit from making up the day I saw this set online? Anyways, she even refused to price match the online discount that was active as I was standing in store, even after all the hassle I went through because of their mistake. When I showed them the message I had sent claiming customer service is so important, the response was simply, āThereās nothing I can do.ā
Also as a last note, I mentioned sarcastically on my way out that you have really great customer service to which the girl responded āAlhamdillah, we do.ā The reviews speak for themselves. I wish I had looked before stepping foot...

All I kept hearing was 25. Which I donāt understand at first. When it came to to my turn to check out there was a lady in front of me. And again the cashier asked about her and the manger said āoh I know her give her 25%offā. When it was my turn I asked her about the discount she said oh you get 15%off when I asked about why the other lady got 25% she said there was something wrong with the dress. But thatās not what I heard. Needless to say I am never going there again. If it wasnāt so last min I was definitely going to go return the dress.š”š”š”
You clearly didnāt read my review. You totally missed the whole point of it. After reading so many bad reviews I donāt understand how you guys donāt make changes. And now that everyone has mentioned it the cashier was very dry. She looked so upset. Definitely not a customer friendly...
