I will start by saying this everybody in my party left rushing home to get to the bathroom.. which unfortunately if we just could not hold it any longer their bathrooms were down anyway … I Also did not get what I ordered in the right seasoning mix for my seafood boil, so to try and make things easier I asked for them to bring just bring the correct one on the side, but they did not put any spice in it for the 2nd time around. I had to continue to ask the waitress for everything that would seem to be normal for a waitress, but unfortunately no refills on our drinks, bibs considering we were at a seafood place, gloves, and that was just me. Member of my party also had to constantly ask her for things.. they were not a busy establishment, not even half as busy as other seafood spots I’ve been to… we were just a party of 7 and if that was too much for her to handle then she should have asked for HELP FROM THE OTHER WAITRESS THAT WERE SITTING ON THE STAIRS NOT DOING ANYTHING… Even if it’s an area they sit between customers it just don’t look professional and there is always an opportunity for them to come check on their customer and see if they need anything. Read moreCame in to pick up Door Dash order for customer and the girl at the counter was very rude. Didn't greet me, put me through the 3rd degree about what I was picking up when she already knew there was only one order waiting to be picked up on their table. She was sitting in a chair, the place was EMPTY and instead of giving some type of customer service and getting her lazy self up and grabbing the order and handing it to me, she decide to point at the food way at the end of the counter and said,"there it is". The food was smelly and poorly packaged in aluminum pans with loose aluminum foil on top. I asked if they had any bags, she quickly said,"No". I guess I was interrupting her phone time. How can a restaurant that have carry out orders, sell seafood boils which comes in a bag, and people that carry out leftovers NOT have not one type of bag in the entire place? She wasn't trying to accommodate me as the delivery driver having to put that stinky ish in my car, nor the customer to have their food packaged better than what it was. Never heard of the place until today and as much as I enjoy trying new restaurants this is one that I will "take a pass on for 1000 Alex". Read moreWe had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. Despite being told by the waitress that our food would arrive in 20 minutes, we ended up waiting for nearly an hour. To make matters worse, we ordered two meals and fries, but instead of serving everything together, they brought each item separately with long gaps in between, making the dining experience frustrating.
It was our first time visiting, so we were unfamiliar with their serving sizes. We ordered a lobster meal, assuming it would be enough for four people. Unfortunately, the waitress never bothered to inform us that the portion was meant for just one person. Had she given us a simple heads-up, we would have ordered a larger dish. This lack of communication was highly unprofessional.
The worst part of our visit was the attitude of the manager—the man with glasses—who was outright racist in his behavior. It was truly unacceptable and left us feeling extremely uncomfortable.
Overall, the poor service, lack of proper communication, and unprofessionalism from both the staff and management make this a restaurant I would never recommend. I will certainly not...
