So, I read the reviews and thought I was going to receive the high quality service that everyone else has received. I WAS WRONG. I would not recommend this location to anyone. *LENGHTY POST* On Wednesday, I came in at 6:45 - 7pm to get a full set with gel polish and a pedicure. When I walked into the salon, I was not greeted. Since they close at 8 I'm assuming for the last hour no-one wants to work. TAO (I think that's how you spell it) was selected to do the service of my full set with gel polish. HE WAS FIESTY. I mean a attitude, and he was taking it out on my nails. He hurt my finger while filing, tapping my hand hard to switch and answered every question with sass.I ask if they have complimentary beverages, he tells me no. After I see the sign that says "complimentary beverages". Once he is finish filling, I notice my nails are crooked and looks funny.I ask him if he can fix it and his response " what's wrong with them" I tell him the middle finger is crooked as well as the ring finger. I ask him if there is anyone else can do my nails and he says he is the only one that can do them. His attitude was so bad I didn't want to pay for this service. Its around 7:15 Im frustrated because my nails ugly and I let my emotions get the best of me and leave after paying. I didn't even want him to polish them. I just did not feel like he would take him time and do it right. I go back in the salon and ask again if there Is anyone that can fix it. The manager tells me no. I show them the nails and ask again. I was told I can come in tomorrow and someone else will do them but, I will have to pay. After expressing my frustration repeatedly, I was informed I can come in the next day for free. MORAL OF THE STORY, don't settle for anything less than you deserve. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION or THEIR SERVICE TO ANYONE and my nails still ugly.

Worst experience ever! I walked in the salon, their was only one lady their. She had to call the other nail technicians on FaceTime to let them know they had a customer. I came in for a full set, and pedicure. They constantly add 5-$10 for every little request. In their price booklet, they had Full set listed at $35, the guy asked if I was Tips(fake nails, which is usually what a full set is) I said yes cause that’s my understanding of what a acrylic full set is, he said the tips were an additional $5 dollars, then wanted to add$5 if they were not short nails. The quality of the paint job was not up to standard they didn’t bother to clean up the additional polish around my nails. The pedicure was rushed and the massage that came with is was lazily done. She spent most of the massage repeatedly rubbing my leg! They have 2 tvs one was on discovery channel, where 2men were out fishing in the wild and the other tv was displaying CNN. Who the hell wants to watch either of those to relax?? On top of that, they have a DOGGG freely roaming around the shop, tried to lick my freshly painted toes twice! How disgusting! Not to mention the allergic reactions ppl could have. After this horrible experience they charged me $82. I WILL NEVER EVER BE BACK! Instead of going here try, TONY’s Nails…located directly behind this shop in the same shopping plaza. Tony’s Nails has great customer service and wayyyy better prices! Only reason I didn’t go to Tony’s nails this particular day is because I was working with a limited amount of time and they were a bit busy so I decided to try Noire, which was completely empty…. But now I see why!! I hate my nails and will be getting them redone ASAP

After a 6 month long struggle to find a consistent nail salon here in ATL, my search is over! I have trust issues when it comes to my nails and after my first time here, my trust is in the hands of Holly! First of all she has the CUTEST hypoallergenic petite puppy that greets you when you first walk in, making it feel like home. She then didn't rush me when it took me 15 minutes for my indecisive self to pick my colors. I was in & out and could not have been happier with my quality here! It has truly been the best, & believe me, I have tried them ALL (yes even les mains nail bar). An affordable price and you are supporting a new local business... what more could you ask for! See you soon I can't wait to be back!

I have now been to this establishment on three separate occasions. Every single time I received great customer service and quality work. If you are particular about your nails (as I am, I mean I have a separate nail & pedi budget and I go routinely every two weeks) AND you enjoy designs, nail art, coffin style, stiletto nails, etc, then this is definitely the spot to try out. On this occasion I show a picture I found on Pinterest and she replicated it down to the tee!!!

The owner is real sweet by the way, and the place is clean, modern, and smells nice. Not the typical chemical smell that you may experience at other nail salons 😖. They also have the most adorable puppy which is an ESA-emotional support animal on site; it interacts with all the guests and I’d sooo sweet. Even if you’re not a dog person do not let that deter you the dog is there for a reason. I have had all my pedicures done by Sue, she is Bomb! I’ve had the gel polish usually and this third time I decided to switch and get the regular polish but it looks as though I have gel polish! If you are wondering they carry OPI nail polish as well as all of the gel polishes and powders and chrome polish and glow in the dark. Sue is very detailed and the massages that you get with the pedicured are awesome. I’ve tried all of the pedicure levels, there’s three of them, and the one with the hot stones is the best! Now, you don’t have to get it every time but you should definitely treat yourself every other time.

I’m not sure of my nail techs name but she was great as well. she checked measurement, length, and smoothness of the nails several times throughout the entire process. I will definitely continue to go back to them. I had to find a new nail tech because my old one of 3 years is now welcoming a new baby. I did not think I was going to be able to find anyone that can match her quality of work. This was the 4th salon I tried in the area. They are the best so far and I’ve been to several others in the North Decatur /north Atlanta area. Great nail techs are hard to fine as I was driving 35 minutes one way for over three years just to go to my nail tech. But now I have a new one until she returns to work, if she does at all, but then again I may stay put because it’s only a 10 minute drive LOL.

I’ve never had to wait more than five minutes and they also take appointments. Did I mention they oil your cuticles and wipe down your hands and arms with a nice hot towel after every service, and that’s just for your nails!! Awesome!! Go check it out if you have a chance, but beware you may leave your current nail tech for Noire...
