Deer Park Florist — Attraction in Deer Park

Called and spoke to Gloria asked if they could do a AM delivery for my daughters birthday she said yes hold on I will get Shelly to help you was passed over to Shelly and asked the same question she said yes not a problem placed the order. The next day 1130 rolls around no flowers I called and they said "well they are out on the truck" uhhh really they were to be delivered already so when? She didn't know. I call back about 30 mins later and was told by Gloria the truck was broke down. 1230 I call again to ask when would she get the flowers they didn't know. At 1245 Roger the owner or manage calls me to tell me the truck is not broke down that was a lie and the flowers should be there by 130.....how is this acceptable service? My daughter does not work til 5 which was the reason I wanted the flowers in the morning. Sad part this was our go to florist. Why is it so hard to just get what you pay for? I refused to take the flowers at full price and he refused to discount so my daughters flowers were taken back to his store. Thanks for ruining the idea and moment. Who thought you would need a back up florist to make my daughters 19th memorable. Smh....won't let you ruin her...

I have had 2 terrible experiences with this company... both on Valentines day!!! Last year they delivered the wrong flowers to me luckily the girl that got my flowers called me and let me know so when they came to deliver me her flowers I sent them her way...well I never got mine or a refund!!! This year I got my flowers some of them dead and they looked like a 2 year old put the arrangement together!! They kept asking if I wanted another arrangement on Monday!!! NO Valentines day is over Monday!! So they said they would pick up the flowers and give me a refund!! They never picked the flowers up!! I just called and the lady says it will take a couple of days for the refund to show up! DO NOT ORDER FROM...

I can't speak for anyone else, but as for me, I had an excellent experience with Deer Park Florists.

We had a member of our bowling league pass away, and we had DPF create a spray for her service. All of the members of the bowling league were astonished to see the huge, beautiful spray that they created for our friend, because they had never seen such a magnificent arrangement considering the collection we took up. Everyone said the spray would have cost twice the price at any other florist.

Take the negative review with grain of salt, I suspect it is from a competitor. For me, this Florist is on my short list of professional people I will rely on...
