Do not shop at the GameStop in DeLand Florida. Several (not all) of the employees are very rude. That however, is not the main issue. The establishment does not honor receipts or warranties. My son bought with cash, “new”, headphones. They headphones stoped working within 15 minutes of purchase. Less than 24!hours later we went to return the item. We were told they could not be returned because they were worn and it was a “hygiene” issue. They did replace the product. This time my son tried them by did not put them on his head; he listened next to his ear and heard the same “crackling noise” as the previous pair. When I attempted to return them I was told nothing can be returned with an “open box”. I read all the information on line and it all reads with receipt, items specifically “accessories” can be returned within 90 days up to 5 years with normal wear and tear. This store refused to refund the money. They are thieves and their products are garbage. 0 out of 10 - do not recommend! (Unless you want to be disrespected and have your money stolen from you! He put a used one in the bag. Got home to wrap game for a present. Noticed it was a open used game. Tried to call to make sure they had a new one, which is what I paid for. I was one hold long enough to actually drive back to the store (23min) waited inline for another 13 min. He said it was the last game they had. No apology for trying to pull a fast one puting a used game in the bag. If all they had was used he should have said that and charged me for a used one. Not try to pull one over on me. Bought a gift for my kids and I was guaranteed delivery before Christmas. 4 days after arrival date 16-18 I received an email saying that estimated arrival now December 25th. Well obviously that's not gonna work. Called the store back just to cancel order and buy from anywhere that had it in hand. Was given a 1-800 number to call that I did waited 1.5 hours before this guy just hangs up on me. No call back at all after I had just told him my phone number so he could look up the order. Terrible customer service and their refund policy of not being able to enter store I just gave my money to and get it back is laughable. Short story is NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM GAME...
