I visit this location on Monday evenings with my friend and our children, love the Monday night 99 cent kids meal. I came to the counter and placed my order and waited a few minutes before my name was called. When I got back to my table with the rest of the crew I realized my salad was made incorrectly. I went to the counter and was assisted by Francisco, who told me to keep old salad and they would make a fresh one (without bacon & boiled eggs), which was what I ordered. I returned to my table and waited patiently for my salad. 5 minutes passed and then 10 minutes. I went to the counter to make sure I was not forgotten and was told that they were working on it. I returned to my seat. A few more minutes passed and I went back to the counter to check if my salad was ready, no one had an answer, and everyone seemed confused at this point. At this point I am annoyed and still unfed, not to mention my table is done enjoying their meal. Francisco stepped forward to apologize and explain the miscommunication. At this time, I was told that I needed to bring the old salad in order to get another one. Although this was not what I was originally told, it was a simple fix. My question is why had all of this time passed and no team member came to my table to make the simple request? Why was it not mentioned when I came to the counter on multiple occasions? When I requested to speak with the manager who appeared to be calling shots and giving orders since I walked in (Bryan or Ryan) , he refused. Read moremade an online order, came in at the time of the order and didn’t see my order on the shelves labeled “uber eats” “doordash” and “online pickup” so i waited 10 minutes and went to speak to an employee about when my order was ready. she said she’ll have it out shortly and so i waited another 24 minutes and i asked them again because people were going in an out with their orders. i ask again and the you g employee catches an attitude when there was no reason to have one to begin with, i was respectful the entire time. i don’t know if she didn’t believe me but she asked to see the order confirmation on the app and i showed her. she then asked for the email confirmation which i have never been asked to show so i thought it was weird and showed her anyway. my order was placed 3:42 and i was still in there at 4:30 waiting. she started yelling to the people in the back to make my order and said next time i come in, go straight to the register. i told her i went to the register after 10 minutes of waiting and all she did was say “oh” with an attitude. the employees began speaking very loudly about me even though i never raised my voice or had an attitude to begin with. i’m never coming back to this location, the kids here are obnoxious and have attitudes before you even begin...
Read moreI went to Zaxby’s today (May 5th) and order chicken fingers with extra fries. I also ordered an extra container of seasoned salt because I love it on my chicken as well. A nice young man behind the counter rang it up and I paid.
Another young woman called my number and handed me my food without the extra salt. It was fine I just inform her and she apologizes and asked the kitchen for some. I see her grab it and then some type of manager (white, female, mid 30s maybe wish I would have gotten her name) told the young woman through the window (IN FULL VIEW OF EVERYONE THERE) in an extremely harsh tone that “there’s salt on the fries already. If they want more they need to pay for it. You DO NOT need to be giving anyone anything free.” I spoke up before the young woman could and said “I’ve already paid for it. It wasn’t in the bag”. No one really responded except the young man who originally rang me up handed me my salt and I walked away.
Excuse my language, but that’s bullsh**. Don’t yell at your employees doing their job, not in front of customers, not ever. This manager (or assistant manager or shift leader) should be fired. That’s so rude of her.
