Medawar Jewelers West Lansing — Attraction in Delta Charter Township

My parents and I shop at Medawar Jewelers at the West Lansing location quite frequently. They provide the best selection of Pandora products and I have purchased many charms over the past couple of months. I work the same hours the store is open. I called over the phone and asked if it was possible to place an order and pay because of my conflicting work schedule. Not only was Jon-Pierre extremely polite and helpful over the phone, but he took the time and consideration to make me feel like a valued customer. While on the phone, I looked up the identification numbers of charms that I was looking for and he would check to see if they had the charms I was interested in. I work in East Lansing, so I was going to pick the items up on the weekend, but Jon-Pierre went above & beyond any customer service I have ever experienced and offered to deliver them to my place of work. I was speechless at his act of kindness and his professionalism. Since then I have placed orders while at work on two other occasions and everything went perfectly with the transactions and the help I received was extraordinary. Recently, I was able to go into the store and shop for Mother's Day and a birthday gift. I apologize for not knowing the lady's name who helped my mother and I with our search for specific Pandora charms, but every time I am able to go into the store she is always so polite and helpful. She's personable and makes casual conversation with you to make you feel valued and not like you're just another sale. If she ever sees this review, we talked about you getting a day off and enjoying it :). Once my mother and I were finished we started looking at engagement rings because an engagement may be coming in the near future for my boyfriend and I. At first, I did not want to bother any of the associates with trying on rings that I am not looking to purchase right away, but James was more than happy to help. I even got to chatting with him and shared some of my own personal experiences working at a jewelry store when I was younger. He was patient, polite and offered to add a ring I found to my Wish List. The entire staff is amazing and thank-you for making my family and I feel valued, appreciated and welcomed. Too often people are quick to leave negative reviews and forget to stop and say thanks or share a positive experience. I will refer all of my friends to your store and will gladly continue doing business from my family to yours....

I was introduced to JP the Jeweler by my mother-in-law. She gave him her gem stone and asked for a custom ring. She showed me the outcome and it was beautiful!

She gave me two citrine gems that I wanted to turn into something special. I reached out to them via Instagram. Within 24 hours, I got a response back from Austin. He is quick to answer and has amazing customer service!

Not going to lie, it did cost $$$$ for my piece of jewelery, but I was expecting it. They do ask for your budget, but customs start at minimum, $1k.

I gave him as much information about me so JP can create something special. With all the information I provided to them, a couple of weeks later, they provided me with a 3D rendering of what my piece will look like. I asked for a second rendering because the first one didn't really sit well with me. They were able to do it and I ended up loving the second one way more!

Once you settle on the piece, they will send you an invoice. Half the amount to start the work and upon completion, the other half is due. They accept credit cards and the check out experience was very simple. You can pay in full or pay a different amount.

When your custom is ready for delivery, they ask you to make sure someone is home to sign for it. Once it gets delivered, the packaging was amazing! It comes in a box, with an appraisal certificate, thank you card, a gem cleaner pen, and your custom box of jewelry. I had mine as a pendant and the jewelry box LIT UP! beautiful!

When I tried it on, I realized it was a little too long and I reached out to them once again to see if they sold a different chain. Austin said they can add different catch lengths so I can wear it however long I'd want to. I said I was willing to pay, but he said he will take care of it free of charge. I just have to send it back, not an issue.

I can't believe what an incredible experience I had with this company! I had one of two citrine made, and I'm waiting to recoup some funds and I'll be reaching out again for a second piece.
