The Venue by Eleven 11 Events, LLC — Attraction in Delta Charter Township

The venue was really nice! And they helped us out in a crunch. The food and chef Lucia were phenomenal!!! The hall was decorated to the nines!! The only complaints we heard from guests was about the bar. Service was slow and 1 bartender was rude and very kirt with our guests, and we were never told bartenders would require a dinner break and that's why bar would be closed during dinner. Also, would've like a little better communication from the venue on certain rules, i.e., bar service would be closed during dinner, and a little more detail on where guests could and couldn't smoke. My understanding when booking was that guests could smoke on the patio, seems like rules changed through the evening and guests had to be outside of patio on other side of fence to smoke. The owner had words and accused my sister in law of throwing something at the bar which she NEVER did, so that also brings me back to the subject of having better communication. I feel like there's a certain way to approach a guest, and that wasn't the way. I used Eleven 11 Events for the day of coordination at my wedding and they did a great job! The package I chose was day of coordination with a few additional hours of planning. I also rented their Chivari chairs for my reception. Phebeit and team did a great job coordinating the events for my wedding. They did a nice job with all of the normal coordination for the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception but Phebeit saved the day when I had accidentally ordered the wrong ceremony chairs from a different company. That company didn't have the chairs available that I had meant to order but Phebeit immediately got on the phone with a vendor friend of hers that had the chairs available! I am very grateful for all of their help and the connections they had to make our day go so smooth! Y’all, let me tell you how Phebeit, Jocelyn and everyone at Eleven 11 Events saved our wedding! We were a Covid couple and made the difficult decision to switch from our indoor venue to a private estate outdoor venue 1.5 months before our wedding date. This was a venue that has never had a wedding there before so we needed to figure out EVERYTHING - bathrooms, electricity, parking, security, tent placement, etc. Phebeit and her team thought through everything to help us make our Plan B better than our Plan A ever could have been. It was a perfect day! Phebeit knows her stuff, she will tell you what you need to hear/do and make sure everything runs smoothly. They are extremely detailed, responsive and they work HARD!
