I recently moved back to the Denver area and decided to start practicing yoga again since it had been a while since I was last on the mat. I initially signed up for a membership through my health insurance, which only provided two classes. However, after attending my first two classesâRestore with Ana and Slow Flow with MaggieâI was hooked! I decided to upgrade to an unlimited membership.
Itâs only been a week, but I truly love this space. All the instructors are so welcoming, and I really appreciate how they emphasize listening to your body and making adjustments as needed. Each instructor brings their own unique and fun energy to the classes. I also love the variety of classes offered.
The Sculpt classes Iâve taken with Cody and Nancy have been a fantastic experience! Their classes are so energetic and fun that the hour flies byâI was sad it was over. If youâre looking for a great workout, I highly recommend those classes. Iâve also enjoyed Maggieâs Slow Flow class on Sundays, which was a great way for me to ease back into practice. Christaâs Restore class was wonderful tooâI loved her energy and felt so relaxed afterward. The Hot class taught by Irene was another favorite of mine. It follows a set sequence, making it a great way to build strength and flow.
TL;DR: If youâre looking for a yoga studio in this area, I highly recommend this place! The front desk staff and instructors are very welcoming and friendly. The studio is clean, and I love that they provide a cold towel at the end of each class. Thereâs plenty of parking, and unlike some other studios, the classes are never overcrowdedâyouâll always have plenty of room...

Seriously, this place might as well be called âYogaSpaHeavenLand.â The vibes are immaculate, the air smells like eucalyptus and enlightenment, and the lighting is so perfect I swear I leave looking like I just came back from a week-long wellness retreat.
Now, let me tell you about the dream team: Brittanie, Cody, Irene, and Emily. Brittanie is basically the BeyoncĂŠ of yoga instructorsâflawless, inspiring, and somehow knows exactly when youâre about to quit on your Warrior II. Cody? Oh, Codyâs a yoga wizard. He manages to make downward dog feel like a party and plank poses less like torture and more like a challenge you actually want to take on. Irene? Sheâs so calming Iâm pretty sure she could talk a hurricane into becoming a light drizzle. And Emily? Emilyâs the hype queen you didnât know you needed, radiating positive energy so infectious that even your hamstrings will feel motivated to stretch further.
If YogaSix Boulevard One isnât already on your bucket list, what are you even doing with your life? Cancel your plans, bring your tight hamstrings, and prepare for a mix of zen, sweat, and full-on...
