MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Denver

Absolutely horrible tonight. As customers who originally discovered ModPizza in Castle Rock we were excited to have a location in our neighborhood. We have visited this location on many occasions, where we have had issues with past with orders. The old management took care of things, so have always given them another chance. Tonight we ordered 5 pizzas online for take out, 4 of them were made incorrectly, which we discovered by check the pizzas before we left. The manager on duty agreed they were made wrong. She said she was stressed and they were short staffed, I counted 7 people working. I understand being short staffed it may take bit longer to make the food, but it should be made correctly. We waited 45 minutes for our order. She asked if I wanted them remade. I said that would be great. Them she walked away and disappeared into the back kitchen. When she returned she asked me for my ticket and when I handed it to her she snatched out of my hand. I told her she didn’t have to snatch it out of my hand. Her response was, “I don’t have to remake your pizzas.” I told her I paid for a product and want what I paid for. When the pizzas were remade they all came out over cooked…clearly a passive aggressive way to get back at a customer for a staff mistake. As I was waiting for my order to be remade, there were 3 other customers who were having to have part of their orders remade. Needless to say that will be the last time we visit...

MOD pizza is usually the best pizza place for pizza. Whether it's TX, CA or AZ, I've loved each and every one. I was excited to go for my last meal in Colorado. As I entered this MOD pizza, I saw there was a line of about 5 people ahead of us. No big deal. Watching the employees make the pizzas, I was surprised at the lackluster attitudes. I didn't put too much thought into it, we all have bad days. When it became my turn to order, I noticed the toss of toppings without any care they weren't covering the entire pizza. When I asked to have extra of an item, again the attitude of irritation. It was clear, this was the best it was going to get. Even halfway through, when the making of my pizza was turned over to another pizza maker... the toppings were flung on, mostly on one side of the pizza. Honestly, the pizza tasted fine in the end, except for the last 2 pieces that had only sauce & cheese. This was the first time I'd ever left a MOD pizza feeling, let down. It's a great location in Denver. But if the product isn't made to be as good as it can be, does the location...

Super disappointing experience with this location tonight, I ordered extra black olives a spinach on one of my pizza, completely missing the spinach and very little black olives. Both pizzas I ordered were undercooked and hardly topped. They also smashed the sauce containers into my pizza. Staff was also very non responsive, completely ignored me when I told them to have a good night on my way out and no one had the decency to respond. This simply isn’t how you do business. I will actually never be returning to this location anymore as it is worth driving the 40 minutes out of my way for better service at their south lands location. I placed an order 40 minutes before they closed unlike the people who were walking in right as they closed. I understand if it was an inconvenience to make food at 8:50 pm but I don’t understand why the quality dropped so low for this order. I ended up grabbing pizza from Walter’s on pearl street snd tossing the sad excuse...
