Crisp and Green — Restaurant in Denver

The only good thing about our experience was the smoothies. I got the honey mustard wrap and there was barely any chicken on it and you would have never known that it had honey mustard.

The service was terrible. When we showed up around 1:30 the doors were locked?? The young man at the salad counter didn't seem to know what he was doing and took forever. At first we thought he was the only one there and that might be part of the problem. But then as we were waiting (at least 15 minutes) we eventually saw two other workers come out from the back. Initially they did more chit chatting than working. Finally, one of them made our smoothies. The (very few) customers that arrived after us waited at least as long as we did, and then we heard one of the customers telling the young man that he messed up his order. Another customer ended up walking out because they were tired of waiting.

And we noticed some of the tables around us were dirty and the chairs hadn't even been pushed in from...

First-time Crisp & Green customer. Visiting from Texas (figure that into the algorithm). Not being familiar with the menu, I played it “safe” with the “Classic Chicken Caesar”, which, according to the ingredients, contained “classic caesar dressing” (not Caesar, but I digress…). While the salad was indeed fresh, there was not even a hint of either anchovies or garlic, the two ingredients that make Caesar dressing stand out from the others.

Service: the gentleman that waited on me was more than distracted. Spoke so quietly I had to ask him to speak up. Never once looked me in the face, much less the eyes. As the machine read my credit card, he turned his back on me, walked the 3 steps to a fellow employee who was on her phone, engaged in what seemed like idle chit-chat, and returned only after the charge went through. No receipt offered.

Oh, and the “clean” silverware had dried lettuce on one of the forks.

Other than those small things, a smashingly stellar...

Very disappointed 😔 again, I often dine here and in the past received great service. Unfortunately the last 2 times they were out of items for the salads I wanted. The 1st time I understood it was about 7:45pm close to closing so I choose something and it was delicious. This time it was around dinner hours and they was out of brown rice so no warm salads was available, I was offered to sub the rice with other greens. I asked if they were making more rice he said no it takes about 40 minutes. 🙁 ok so I thought to myself, when the rice was low you didn’t think to start a new batch but anyways as I was looking for something else when your associate suggested if I wanted a warm salad maybe 🤔 I should try next store at to Mod Pizza, I was kinda taken back with that comment and decided to leave.
