The massage was great but then the woman at the front counter harassed us for more than a 20% tip on the $40 massage price. She followed us outside and said the tip should be more. They made up their own tip price which is taped to the counter. Very uncomfortable and inappropriate.so if you give a $10 tip which is more than 20%, they categorize that as rating the service as “Fair” which is their own made up rating. Very manipulative. To owner’s response. Pay your workers a better wage instead of pushing customers to pay their hourly wage through our tips. A good tip is 20%. You’re actually trying to guilt customers into paying almost a 50% tip. Absurd.

I asked for back and neck work. I received a 30 minute foot massage and 30 minutes of elbow grinding through a towel. I feel much worse than when I went in. I tipped 10 dollars and they demanded more. Nice and respectful therapists but not at all worth the time or money.

My friend and I went there to get 60 min foot/combination massages. They started hers right away, but were clearly busy. So after I was laying there for about 5-7 min they told me it was going to be a 30 min wait. It was annoying that they didn't tell us right away, because we would have just come back another time. But that's not the point of this review. Anyway, because of the delay, I asked if I could just do 45 min instead if 60 min because I wanted to get done sooner, so my friend wouldn't have to wait a long time for me to be done. Clearly there was some sort of miscommunication because she said they'd do 45 min, but have two people work on me at once so that it would get done sooner. The man that did the majority of it was fine, not great, but adequate. The woman (I think the owner or manager) that did the head/scalp massage portion gave me a literal headache for how hard she was massaging me. After the massage ended I went to pay and they charged me the 60 min price, instead of the 45 min price, but it was a minimal difference so I let it go. And I'm assuming they thought doing it both at the same time was fine? But I asked for 45 min, so they should haven't both masaaged me to charge me more, they should have just done it for 45 min. But the most frustrating part of this experience was similar to what another reviewer said. They have created their own incredibly high tip suggestions. So, when I tipped 20% the man literally erased my tip in their iPad and asked me to do it again. He was visibly angry at me and when he erased it he pointed to their sign that said I should tip more. I again tipped 20%, and he tried to erase it again but I told him no and to stop doing that. First of all, your massage wasn't amazing, and the woman who massaged me was straight up bad. In my mind tipping 20% was generous, especially since I was tipping on the price of 60 min when I asked for a 45 min massage. Secondly, when I told them that erasing the tip and asking for more money is rude and disuades people from returning, the woman that had massaged me told me that they work hard and deserve more. Welp, hate to break it to you, but even by your own tipping standards (another reviewer posted a photo of them), the customer is supposed to tip based on how good the service is. And this wasn't great. Also, the business has the option to raise their prices to pay their employees more. Getting angry at your customers and erasing their tips to get you to tip more is despicable. I am already anticipating the response I will receive on this review based on how the owner has responded to others, and I will save you the time. The only response that is appropriate is an apology.

Edit: LOL to the owner's response. Which should tell everyone what they need to know about this place. Don't worry, I won't be returning. I suggest the...

I’ve had many professional massages in my years, and this was beyond unusual, being generous. I booked two one-hour massages for myself and my fiance. I booked the swedish massage, he chose the combo believing it was a combo deep tissue/swedish, based on the website description. Upon entering, we were led to a group massage room. That was confusing, we asked for our own separate rooms. Without any instruction, we each waited in our rooms. The massage therapist came in, With no instruction on where to lay, clean sheets, any direction. Without direction, I disrobed, left on my underwear and got on the table. Then, a 2nd massage therapist came in and asked me about what services we wanted. I repeated what we wanted, and she still did not understand. That’s when I got up, retrieved my phone to show them the website and point to what I wanted. At this point, I am topless, with only my underwear on, the door is wide open, and the two massage therapists are arguing between themselves. At this point, I decided it felt beyond unprofessional, put my clothes back on, and went back to the front desk and waited for my fiancé. A woman who I believe is the owner, approached me and tried to argue with me about the description of services on the website. I indicated I found this to be an unprofessional experience and that I did not want to speak to her or argue and simply wanted to wait for my fiancé. I sat quietly in the waiting room on my phone… she continued to attempt to engage me while standing at the front desk… Again, I told her I did not wish to speak to her. She continued. I then decided, because it was supposed to be a gift, that I would pay for my fiancé’s massage and wait outside because she simply would not leave me alone. Upon approaching the desk and giving her my card to pay, Jenny, the woman who I believe is the owner, yelled at me, “shut up!” after I commented that my experience was unprofessional. To be honest, it was a little comical, but at that point, I went to get my fiancé and we chose to leave. He had been in the room for about 10 minutes. He indicated it was a terrible massage, there was no massage oil involved, and that his massage therapist got onto the table and put her crotch against his head, essentially straddling his head with her crotch from behind. He also said that she was massaging him with her elbow through a rough towel. We have both had many massages in our day and have never experienced anything remotely close to this. I’ve been to many professional massage establishments … And this is not one. If I could give it zero stars I would. Cannot recommend under any circumstances. We later went to “five star salt caves” and had a wonderful experience with two very professional...

The Best Massage Experience in Denver!

This review is long overdue, as I’ve been a loyal client of Good Day Massage for over six years. Before discovering this gem, I was a loyal customer of Massage Envy in Cherry Creek for eight years. However, my first visit to Good Day Massage was all it took for me to make the switch – and I’ve never looked back.

My journey began with my friend Ally after a fun outing at Hacienda Colorado. We decided to try Good Day Massage on a whim, and from the moment we walked through the door, we were treated like family. The staff greeted us with genuine appreciation, enthusiasm, and warmth. Their kindness immediately put us at ease, and before we knew it, we were in private rooms receiving what I can only describe as the best massage of my life.

I’ll never forget the petite therapist who worked wonders – she couldn’t have weighed more than 110 lbs, yet her technique and skill left me feeling completely renewed. The cleanliness of the space, the personalized care, and the thoughtful attention to detail impressed me beyond words.

One of my favorite experiences here is their combo massage room. At first, I was a little skeptical because I’d never seen anything like it, but now I absolutely love it. The session starts with a warm foot bath, which is perfect for helping you relax before the massage begins. Then, they literally massage your entire body while you’re seated comfortably in a chair. It’s such a unique and soothing experience! A quick tip: make sure to wear loose-fitting clothes like shorts and tank tops so they can work on you more easily.

Over the years, I’ve experienced massages from nearly every therapist there, and each session has been exceptional. They consistently deliver outstanding service, and I’ve never had a single bad experience. Whether it’s a last-minute appointment or my regular weekly visit, they always accommodate me with kindness and professionalism.

In fact, I’ve been so impressed that I’ve recommended Good Day Massage to at least 25 friends and family members – and not one has had a negative experience. Everyone I send becomes a fan, and I love hearing how much they enjoy it too!

If you’re considering giving Good Day Massage a try, I can’t recommend it enough. Every therapist is fantastic, so you can’t go wrong with whoever you choose. A little tip: bring cash for gratuity if you can – it’s a thoughtful gesture – though they also accept Venmo, credit card, and cash for payments.

Thank you to the incredible team at Good Day Massage for making me feel like family and for providing unmatched care for the past six years. I can’t imagine going...
