Went to work there to test it out before renting a place for my biz and was having a smoke on the street before going in when a woman, who claimed she was the building manager, rudely and aggressively said that there is no smoking within 500 feet of the building. I mentioned that I believe Colorado law is 25 ft from any entrance, mind you i was well over a 100 feet from any entrance, and she again rudely said, you're wrong, move. That alone will keep me from ever considering visiting Industry RINO again. On top of that, the building was completely dead from 9am to noon when i was expecting it to have some energy, the public areas had ridiculously uncomfortable seating, and the glare from almost every seating position from the sun was unbelievable. Built a terrible looking parking garage for the tenants, but rather including parking in the least they charge the tenants for daily parking causing a flood of people in the neighborhood taking all of the residential parking. The people who work there will park in front of your garage, or cut through your yard to save a few steps.
