Dang, this was bad. Really bad. Take note, there’s a suspiciously high number of recent positive reviews with no commentary. Look at those user’s history, many haven’t reviewed anything in years and not in this area! Also good to note, the negative reviews are consistent. Service: We had a group that made reservations in advance. As mentioned in other reviews, it was barely staffed! No hostess, no food runners, no bussers. Literally 2 guys, one of which was also the bartender. Shout out to bartender/server. He was so kind and was literally flushed from all of the running he was doing, he tried his best but had zero support. FOOD: every single dish arrived lukewarm. 2 meals didn’t arrive at all. We watched plates pile up at the expo window for sometimes more than 15 minutes the whole 1.5 hrs we were there. We had about 7-8 orders of breakfast tacos and they actually forgot the tortillas for all of them, it was just filling piled onto a plate! It took 20 plus minutes to get some tortillas, unfortunately at that point the filling was completely cold. The tortillas were tragic because they were actually good, but the filling was bland and needed salt. Those two missing meals? Those people just went home hungry because we couldn’t resolve the issue and had already been there long enough . BOTTOMLESS MIMOSAS $20. Do not order! Intentionally, they are mostly orange juice (standard recipe is 1:1). The kicker is that they are so understaffed, you can’t get a refill. So in the hour and a half to 2 hours there, you’ll enjoy 2 flutes of OJ with the smallest trace of bubbly. If you don’t have the margins to do bottomless mimosas, then just don’t do it. Here is what really killed me. We noticed a woman with a baby randomly come over with a water carafe. I believe it was the franchise owner that was present, she was enjoying a meal with friends while her poor staff was just trying to cobble this mess together. I would expect that if you can’t deliver great service and quality food, you maybe should consider working the door and doing reservations only. Maybe they are kind hearted, but the staff deserves better support than what you are providing.

I visited BrewDog on a Wednesday for their “Wednesday Wings” special, where they offer all-you-can-eat bone-in wings or cauliflower wings. The place itself is beautifully decorated with a fun and inviting atmosphere that really adds to the experience. For the holiday season/Christmas decor. The wings were impressive in size—much larger than what you’d typically get at other wing places. This goes for both the chicken and cauliflower wings, which is a big plus. However, while the BBQ flavor was fantastic, Honey adobo was only good on the cauliflower wings not so much the regular bone in wings. Besides that the rest of the flavors were quite plain and didn’t have the boldness I was hoping for, which was a little disappointing. On the upside, the service was great! The staff was quick, attentive, and the food came out fast. And I was full and tipsy at the end of it, While I didn’t capture any photos of the food because it didn’t quite wow me, I did take several of the atmosphere—it’s definitely worth visiting for the vibe alone. Overall, BrewDog is a great spot with solid service and an amazing environment, but the flavors of the wings could use a little more punch to match the hype of their generous portions. I will definitely be coming back and trying other stuff on the menu.

Hi Denver, I was currently here to eat with my family and when we sat down we were informed that we had 90 minutes to eat our Hot Wings, we agreed and we sat at table and placed our order then Waitress came back 15-20 minutes later and informed us that the wings are not prepared and will take longer to make, now this had cut into our 90 minutes and at this point we felt the vibes that they didn’t want to cook anything at this point because why did it take so long to be informed that the wings were not prep and we’re going to be served unbreaded which they could have told us when placing order. Then we had ordered a mixed drink and then informed that they ran out of the mix last week after waiting for 10 minutes for them to tell us this as well.. So at this point we just paid for our cheeseburger my daughter had ordered and glass of Coke and left. I will NEVER again step into this establishment to have dinner again and not recommend to anyone. I will stick to my local wing spots(Hooters & Outlaw Wings) Thanks for showing BrewDog is not a place to eat

We came here before a concert and it was hopping. It was also a quiz night, and so everything was full. Multiple staff came by and told us to seat ourselves, and then took off before we could tell them we had a table reserved. After 3 staff members, we were finally able to get someone to seat us. Thankfully, there was a table available, although there was nothing indicating that it was actually saved for us. Was it? Who knows...

There was 1 server in the whole area/room we were at, and he was running the entire time. They have a stand thing on the table showing their specials like taco Tuesday or things like that, but don't get excited, because in the small print you will see that is only available if you specifically call in advance (at least 1 day in advance) and reserve it. "Here's what you could have if only you knew you wanted it yesterday, and then called us to reserve it." That's crazy to me. Why bother showing people what they can't have? It took quite a long time to order, and we were only able to after I made direct eye contact with the waiter. It took quite a bit to get our drinks. It was busy, I get it, but there definitely wasn't enough staff for that big of a crowd which should have been expected for both events.

The food... well our other couple got theirs waaaaaaay ahead of ours. The ordered wings with sweet potato fries. 1st, there were no napkins or silverware to be found. We found some 3 tables over. 2nd there was no blue cheese delivered that comes with the wings, and was also explicitly asked for. 3rd The extra order of sweet potato fries were lukewarm at best, and in a small cup. They did say the naked (sadly) wings were good, so there's that.

Then we waited... and waited some more. There were multiple people who started getting upset because they weren't getting the food they ordered. They were requesting the bill before food was served because it was taking 45 minutes plus. Also, only half the parties at the tables had food, so they had to eat in front of the others at the table. Finally our food came. I was a tiny bit miffed because I said we were sharing the burger, and it wasn't cut in half. I didn't ask for that, true, but it's the little things that you can do to get yourself a bigger tip and happier customers. Our burger and fries were great so I got over it, and we were devouring them until I saw something coming out of the meat. I pulled it out and it was a medium sized piece of hair. That was it for us. I notified the waiter and we requested the bill. We also said we didn't want another burger. We weren't hungry anymore even though we were barely a 1/3 through it. He said he would take the meal off the bill (of course). We waited another 5 minutes until again, I got eye contact. He came by and asked if we wanted any more drinks. What? Why would we sit there and have more? No, give us the bill.

The waiter was very apologetic, and gave my brother some free drink coupons, though why would we want to come back? It was a horrible experience. He could have just comped the 3 beers we had, because obviously their restaurant doesn't follow health and food safety regulations and that's just nasty. We just paid the bill and left. Never to return again. Probably not even for the free drinks......

The food is good, but that in no way makes up for the absolutely horrible service and all of the nickel and diming they do!

The good: my burger was delicious and the restaurant is nice.

Now for everything else…we arrived at the restaurant a few minutes after noon on Sunday, and the place was almost empty. This makes sense now. Our service was absolutely horrible, which is frustrating considering we were forced to pay an automatic 25% tip for our party of eight. We had to ask for our water carafes to be refilled so that we could refill our own shot glass size cups of water. I ordered the Fast Joe with a side of mayo. The paper menu price for this burger was listed as $16.45 but when I went to pay my bill the burger was listed as $20.45!! We were told that the menu prices have increased recently and the paper menus haven’t been updated. They did do a price adjustment to honor the paper menu price. They also charged me $1 for the tiny, not even half filled cup of mayo! I have never in my life been charged for mayo, and I order it every time I get a burger. Had I known I was being charged for it, I would’ve asked them to fill it completely. Our server forgot one person’s drink order until reminded quite a bit later that she was still waiting on her drink, and another person in our party didn’t receive their burger until over an hour after ordering it. We had to ask four times when their burger was coming! Four people in our party had already left to go home and the rest of us were long done with our meals by the time their burger finally arrived. The restaurant didn’t even offer a discount for this burger until they were asked to discount it because of the over an hour wait!

Paying your bill is a startling experience. As I already mentioned, prices were different on the bill than the paper menu and the 25% tip was automatic. Also, they want you to scan the QR code at your table to pay your bill on your phone. You’re able to easily split your bill this way, but they tack on a $0.99 fee to pay by phone, to each individual person paying! There was fine print saying that you could pay through a team member to avoid this fee, but as I mentioned before, the service was absolutely horrible. Lastly, while paying on your phone, they attempt to get you to give them even more of a tip than the 25% they automatically add on! My $16.45 burger with a side of mayo ended up costing me $23.47. It was almost $30 before I caught the $4 price increase not reflected on their paper menus!

I can’t think of a single reason I would recommend this restaurant to anyone based on my experience. Good food only...
