SCAMMERS! Paid $100+ for VIP tickets to see Toro y Moi. We contacted promoters to get Toro's set time as we work, the promoters would not share with the public when he would be performing even though multiple patrons online asked. Red flag #1. When we finally arrived we went to the VIP "bar" by the dj stage. First of all, it was not a bar! It was a BIN full of nothing but melted ice. We were supposed to get complimentary drinks. Red flag #2. We get to the dj stage and there is so many people on the stage it is ridiculous. They promoted that there would be a limited amount of people on stage. Red flag #3. The music just sucked all night long when they said it would be "vibes all night long", scamming vibes? Yes. Bad vibes? Sure. But good vibes were not felt even before we stepped foot in the building. We left early. Do not come to this establishment. They are rude jerks and will scam you out of your money. I promise you will get what is coming for you Reelworks. Filling with the BBB and with our credit card company to get our money back. 0 stars if I could. Spacious, yet intimate. A warehouse space that has been masterfully worked to provide exhilarating, lively, and accurate acoustics. A well trained and personable staff - The staff in the table service and VIP area had a keen awareness to our needs and wants and went out of their way to ensure we maximize our enjoyment of the evening. Rarely do I mention a name directly while writing a review, and rarely do I write a review - but hats off to Casey. A truly wonderful, intelligent, kind, honest, humble and delightful human being - getting a table for a show was almost whimsical, and was executed with such ease that seemed routinely clinical - customer service as a master craftsmen. The prices we encountered were reasonable, and the service and atmosphere was so good that it was a honor to be a patron and know that our business helps keep the party going! Was a "Talent worker" for events here a few times. I was offered a free drink ticket for my volunteer work. After my work was done I went to the bar to receive my free drink. It was crowded so I waited for my turn. I waved for the bar tenders (only 2 at the whole bar) about 6 times before someone finally asked me what I'd like to drink. I stated I'd like a shot of Jameson to speed up the process, as I could see the bottle right behind the tender. About 5 more minutes pass and I see others getting their drinks quickly and heading back to the dance floor. I waved for help again. He says he had forgotten and would get my drink over right away. a total of TWENTY minutes for me to finally receive one pathetic shot in a solo cup. THE BEST PART?!?! The drink was INFESTED with fruit flies!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyone who has ever worked in a place that sells alcohol should know to cover the bottles over night to avoid this.
