Place looks great however I was not impressed with the customer service that was provided I believe his name was John did not care about what we were trying to talk to him about he kept trying to rush us out of there we were simply looking for gym space to rent for the summer so if you are looking to rent a gym for a group or for your basketball team, this is not the place to go. They simply focus on just training and developing kids to play in their leagues and no one can coach the players or the team you bring in the only ones that are allowed to coach are the trainers that pick up fitness provides that does not make any sense. All these teams playing against each other all being coached and trained by the same person you are not going to get better playing the same kids over and over they are very organized. Pricing is ridiculous and very expensive. They don’t have no deals no type of discounts. They don’t even try to work with you or even point you in the right direction of resources , I would not recommend going to this place. I rather pay $20 a month at vasa fitness and have access to everything instead of paying $50 a month and have limited...

On our second visit to this gym, I experienced extremely unprofessional behavior from the owner while watching my teenage daughter play basketball. He tried to escort me out of the building, insisting that I could only stay if I paid a $50 monthly membership fee—something that was never mentioned during the initial sign-up process.

My daughter also felt uncomfortable due to the owner's constant staring, which made her not want to attend the gym anymore. This behavior is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the safety and comfort of teenage members.

As parents, we should be able to ensure our children's well-being without facing intimidation or being pressured into additional payments. The coed nature of the gym should not impede a parent's ability to care for...

Have to say I was a bit disappointed with the customer service. Went in, in hopes of finding a gym for our team to practice in and the way dude came off was uncalled for. He in no way shape or form tried to help us and reminded us that "the kids don't need any exposure" at their age. In order for a kid to progress at what they do getting them out their to different leagues and tournaments and competition will do just that.
