I stopped here one day when my two month old niece was screaming in the back seat because she was hungry. We had just left a doctors appointment and my heart was heavy. So I pulled over to feed her and gain some clarity.
I was able to wrap her so she attached to the front of me, giving me the ability to have my hands free.
The parking lot was easy to get into, and once situated I was able to decide which direction my feet should choose. I went to the left. It didn't bring me to the river like I had anticipated, but I found a path in the woods that I followed.
It was beautiful and the terrain was easy enough for me to walk with an infant. I was able to stop by the river and watch as the water flowed, listening to the birds chirp as well as tend to the tiny human.
I believe I will visit here again.

Lots of history from the gold rush if you look on YouTube or google theres plenty of videos and articles about Grant Frontier the guy the park is named after, i thought it was interesting atleast
Theres a giant diamond shaped piece of art hanging thats kinda cool to look at
Restaurants nearby, never been inside but they smell good
New playground thats super clean for kids probably the oldest id take a kid there is like 10-12 for the playground otherwise they’d probably be more interested in sports or the skateparks nearby, theres a trail on the south side near the river/couldesac for mini/pitbikes far away from the houses so the noise shouldn’t bother anyone just be careful because thats where alot of stolen cars get...
