The Good: First and foremost, the front desk staff, specifically Tyrell and Jannita, are absolutely excellent! Both are super friendly, warm, helpful, accommodating, and professional, and they were unquestionably the best part of our stay. They truly set the standard for hotel service! Breakfast was basic but good: scrambled eggs, ham, waffles, muffins and pastries, yogurt, cereal juice, and coffee. Not awesome, but good. Lobby, dining room, workout room, and hot tub room were clean. The AC and fridge in the room worked well, and the ice machine near the lobby was clean and convenient. Beds were moderately comfortable, but nothing special. Housekeeping left us a cute little TP bow in the bathroom. :) The Bad: The first room they put us in reeked of old cigarette smoke. When we told Tyrell at the front desk, he was genuinely apologetic and accommodating, and immediately got us into another room that did not have any unpleasant odors. The property is rather tired, e.g., the carpet is dated, the towel hook on the bathroom door was nearly falling off, and the bathtub spout was also loose and off-kilter. We booked the room for five, so two queens and a pull-out sofa would have been perfect. However, the hide-a-bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, so our three girls all shared one queen size bed. It was a bit unsettling that when my wife and I returned from a concert after 11 pm, the building was not secured. We walked right in through a side door without having to use our key. At times, it was a little difficult getting anyone to answer the phone when we tried to call the hotel ahead of checking in. I'm uncertain whether this was Ramada's or Priceline's fault, but the online listing clearly mentions that the property has a swimming pool. We were sincerely disappointed to learn upon check-in that there is no pool, just a hot tub. We only and always book hotels with indoor swimming pools during cooler seasons, so this was a big bummer for us. The hot tub was fine, but without a pool to alternate into, it's quite less than ideal. On a favorable side note, via Tyrell's recommendation, we had lunch at the Moonlight Diner across the street which has delicious and well-priced old school menu options. We enjoyed our breakfast burrito and smothered chili fries, and the kids loved their pancakes and cheeseburgers. Although we most likely would not return to this hotel, we would definitely visit the Moonlight Diner again.

The lady at the front desk during nights/overnights is absolutely incompetent. After my wife tried “newly made keys” 3 separate times, the lady at the front then accompanied her to our room as if my wife was doing something improper. As she tried the keys they both failed. She then returned to the front desk and made a new set of keys that miraculously worked.

Fast forward a day, I buy a motorcycle and come back from said purchase, my key to the room doesn’t work and my wife is out shopping for groceries.

The same lady at the front desk once again, I kindly tell her my key for my room number isn’t working, she watched us check in together but suddenly can’t give me a key, rather simply takes my key. Mind you, there’s 2 adults on the room, and she made 2 keys on multiple occasions so we each had one.

I then voiced my displeasure in her lack of understanding and customer service as it was about to storm, and I was trying to get my stuff so I could move my motorcycle to a safe spot.

She then proceeded to mention that I could wait outside, I stated I wouldn’t be doing that as I paid for 2 nights. I then went and sat down in the lobby.

After moments of sitting there in silence, she then directed her attention to me, out of nowhere stating, “if you want to be rude, I can ask you to leave.” I replied for what? I came over here and sat down and didn’t say a word… what’s the issue?

She clearly has an authoritative stance, and absolutely will inevitably abuse her power at some point.

I will absolutely bring this to the attention of Wyndham immediately Monday.

The rooms are subpar. We are in a “suite” and it’s dirty, musty, the door is peeling, the curtains are literally stained yellow with several dark stains throughout.

Literally the absolute worst hotel experience we’ve ever experienced.

Will also note this information with the travel booking company that we booked thru.

We are Wyndham rewards members and absolutely appalled by the entirety of this endeavor.

Food for thought, DONT EAT THE EGGS!!!

Our service dog literally eats everything… and wouldn’t even touch the eggs in any capacity. (Yes we typically feed our dog eggs as part of his daily diet, so we thought heck why not)

Garbage customer service, garbage rooms, garbage breakfast, GARBAGE EXPERIENCE.

LITERALLY BOOK AT ANY OTHER HOTEL ALONG TOWER…. THERES SEVERAL.

NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN. RAMADA USED TO BE THE STANDARD, NOW THEY...

As others have noted, unmarked shuttle and difficulty with calling the front desk are some drawbacks. If you’re hoping to get the shuttle, it comes every 20-30 min; you go out door 510 and wait at island 3. Don’t waste your time calling the number, as it does not go to the people working at the hotel. The shuttle is not clearly marked- double and triple check that they are taking you to the Ramada. Don’t say Wyndham or even the address because there are many Wyndhams and many hotels on the same street. Just say Ramada.

The lobby was deserted when I arrived around 8pm on a Thursday. I rang the bell a couple of times and some friendly folks came and helped me out. I didn’t have my credit card for the incidentals and they let me run that through the card I’d used for online booking, which was very helpful. Check in was quick, there’s quite a few food options around. The hotel was very quiet. You can turn on cool air in the room so I was very comfortable. There were some stains on the bed skirts and things were somewhat outdated but I was comfortable enough. We had two queen beds, a large couch, a nice desk and a comfy office chair. There was a bathtub in the bathroom. Folks working there were friendly to my husband and daughter who arrived later on as well.

We came out to breakfast a little late (it goes from 6am to 10am, we arrived around 8am) and there was only one piece of fruit in the fruit bowl. There was coffee, apple juice, orange juice, donuts, muffins, bagels, waffles, eggs, breakfast meat, cereal, tea, yogurt, oatmeal, cold water, milk and skim milk, maybe a couple of other things I’m forgetting. We thought breakfast was good.

We asked about a shuttle to the airport in the morning and were told one would come in 5 minutes. Checking out was easy- just drop your keys in the basket. The shuttle driver was a very friendly, nice and helpful man. The shuttle itself had few working seatbelts, which seems to be common for economy hotel shuttles.

We aimed to get to the airport two hours in advance and we had plenty of time to spare. Overall, we were happy with...
