NO STARS!!! Went to taco bell located on 6553 N Tower dr. Denver, CO 80249, 3/17/23 @ approx 4:50pm and was charged full price for my med drink. I was in the drive through when i ordered and even asked the cashier about why was i being fully charged on drink when it was still happy hour she stated happy hour is from 2p-4p i then told her no even the sign outside said 2p-5p. She then stated thats weird, like i was a lie? when i pulled up to window i was told to drive to front they charged me $35.00 for 5 dollar box, 12 box tacos and 1 med drink. I then went inside and asked for supervisor and my receipt as they acted like the machine was broke not printing previous receipts when they were printing previous receipts right in front of me from the front counter. The supervisor then told me i have to call some company to fix the machine and i said ok well whats your name and the lady at drive thru name the supervisor then stated we cant give you our names and i said why cant you when you names on receipt and you cant give me a receipt to report you guys to corporate she then walked off and had another employee different from drive thru print off previous receipts from front counter and for some reason they just couldnt...

Everytime I go I always get fantastic service especially from Mike, every time I come in almost near close (because I always work till late) he always has fantastic service and has a very nice vibe, like it's not even 2 am 😂, I wish I had someone like him working for me! he's just a very great guy ! I almost never get my order wrong and the only time I did even though it was something very small ( a drink) they made it up to me without even letting me know with free item cards in my next mobile order! And the food is usually better than the other Taco Bell's in the area ESPICALLY with it being very late in the night it still has very consistent taste and quality! The whole team deserves a pat...
