Shared this with Burger IM directly, but thought I would also post this review. I just left your location on Tower Rd in Denver and the food was so bad I had to write and let someone know. At 6:30 PM on a Wednesday night, our order of 1-Dry Aged Beef Burger (No Special requests), 1 - Crispy Chicken Sandwich (No Special requests), 1-Order of Fries and 6 Chicken wings Buffalo Style too nearly 25 minutes to get. After sitting at the bar and waiting that time, and watching your staff, it was clear that the staff was not working together and things were running poorly. The food, well, I never knew you could over deep fry a piece of chicken but my Crispy Chicken was so overdone it was black around the edges, it was completely dried out and was extremely tough. My husbands burger (per him) was OK, nothing amazing, but was just above warm in temperature. Now I was holding out hope the wings would help fix this experience, but one bite and I realized they weren't even warm. The box I saw the young lady who coordinates the orders was actually ours and had sat there for nearly 10 minutes before we go our food. Needless to say they were cold. My husband encouraged me to send my sandwich back right after we got it, but realizing the kitchen staff was incapable of recognizing that the original piece of chicken they had served me was horrible, I chose to suck it up and not send it back and waiting potentially another 25 minutes for a mediocre piece of chicken. There were six staff members (Three in the kitchen and three up front), with that many staff on payroll it's clear why the food is over priced, but to also be that slow is not going to bring people back into your location. Sadly, I and my husband could not wait to get out of the location. I highly doubt I will go back and I usually give a new place a couple tries before writing them off, but tonight was so bad I can't imagine subjecting myself to this process again. I hope for anyone else who goes into this location does not end up with the same poor meal I received and worse yet food poisoning from the inconsistent food temperatures...
Read moreWell my first experience and my last. I visited the location @6691 N Tower Road STE 105 in Denver I ordered. The Angus Burger, Onion Rings & Shake to go ($19.60) The burger was horrible the worst I have ever had in my life. The beef patty was like eating rubber and the cheese was like glue literally. I didn’t eat the burger and placed it in the trash. When I called the store one manager advised me to return and she would replace it with something else. So, I returned they asked me what I wanted so clearly wanted to stay away from the burgers so I went for the chicken. The lady manager keyed the order and stated it would be ($10??) . I was like what your replacing the burger why would I pay you this amount. She then went to get the male manager who told me I would have had to bring the burger back the same day to get a refund other wise they would give 20%off the next purchase. Lol, I now know how they stay open! I asked where does that say in you return policy and he stated I just said it to you. I asked where is your written policy and it states that in the policy. Nerveless they couldn’t produce it cause it’s not posted or on the receipt. The manager proceeds to argue with me in the the store and outside of the store while I asked for a number to Corp office and/or complaint line and he stated they don’t have one. The manager told me do you know how’s many people come everyday to hustle us and the owner stated we will no longer honor replacement if the customer don’t bring the food in the same day cause we are losing money and why ami upset about a $5.00 burger. I will be reaching out to their Corp office to file a formal...
Read moreI hate that my experience today was so poor because I had a much better experience 3 days ago which is why I came back. My biggest issue today was the cashier (Asia is the name on my receipt) she was extremely rude, impatient, unprofessional, and had zero customer service skills. The restaurant had 1 customer eating when I entered, the cashier came from the back with AirPods in her ears she did not greet me.. I noticed they have notes all over the menu stating sold out items (burgers, sides, shakes etc..). As I’m looking to see what I want to order as half of the menu is sold out, she rushes me to make a selection and as I am asking questions she talks over me and pretty much acts as if her time is being wasted. I started to just walk out but I had someone else with me who really wanted to try out the food. We did change our mind about dining in and ordered Togo. When we got our food it tasted nothing like it had 3 days prior (the chef was a male today, on Friday it was a female). The sweet potato fried tasted like they had been cooked in chicken grease and were under cooked. The grilled chicken sandwich just didn’t taste as fresh. I wish I would have taken my $25 dollars somewhere else it wasn’t not worth it and clearly wasn’t appreciated! Maybe it would be best to go on a weekend seems like that’s when they have their best staff working both on cashier and in...
