It took me 30 minutes to type my review. For some reason it disappeared in front of my eyes. But the way I was treated at this place it was SO unprofessional, that I do not mind re-typing all over again. Here we go: I flew from Tampa to Denver for a job interview. I landed with a broken pinky nail. No way! I wanted to be PERFECT for my interview. I googled ā€œnail salon near meā€, and Jasmin Nail& Spa popped up, unfortunately. I went. I showed them my broken pinky nail. But since it is impossible to match the same nail polish color, I was willing to spend the money for a color change. $45 dollars!! I accepted. I didn’t have a choice. My interview was in a few more hours. When the lady started working on my nails, she started criticizing the Tampa nail salon, saying that my nails were so thick, and ugly. I couldn’t believe how unprofessional she sounded! I felt very uncomfortable. She offered to re-shape all my nails without charge, emphasising the Tampa store bad work. Why wouldn’t I accept? I did. Unfortunately.šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø While she was working on my nails she got up several times, interrupting the job, I have no clue why. On one of those ā€˜breaks’ I reached out to grab the filer, to fix the pinky nail that she did. She did it too wide. It was very different than the other one. I didn’t want to bother her by asking her to make it narrower, so, this is the reason I simply extended my hand to grab the filer, and file it myself. What’s so bad about that? Nothing! However, when I did reach out, this other lady yelled at me and treated me like a thief. I said: ā€œDon’t treat me like a thief! I am not reaching out to your cashier up front! I am only grabbing the filer because you are not filling my pinky well! ā€œ The next day, my interview was at 7 am. I woke up at 3 am to take a shower, do my make up perfect, do my hair perfect, iron my cloths, and as soon as I wake up, I SEE THREE BROKEN NAILS!!! Then, I get to see that she re-shaped them SOOOOO thin, as an onion peel. That’s why they broke! (Please, see the attached pics, enlarge them, and see how super transparently thin she re-shaped them.) She criticised the Tampa store so much, but she did her job so bad, that three nails were broken before 10 hrs. after. She did a terrible job! The Tampa store was MUCH better!!! I was in tears. I hid my three fingers throughout the entire interview, and I GOT THE POSITION!! Yay!!!🄳 Right after my successful interview, I went back to Jasmin Nails and Spa, so she could fix the shree onion peel nails that she re-shaped so thin, so I could fly back home with my manicure neatly done. I am a flight attendant, and a model. I MUST look impeccable from head to toe. But because of Jasmine Nail & Spa, I did not. KEEP IN MIND THAT I WENT TO Jasmin Nail & SPA only to fix ONE nail, and for a color change. I NEVER EVER ASKED FOR A RE-SHAPE. However, when I went in, they treated me tremendously unprofessional. They did not assume responsibility. They wanted me to pay $5 per nail. They didn’t let me speak. The lady kept on interrupting constantly, to the point that I had to tell her: ā€œLet me finish speaking, please!ā€ She refused to fix my three nails, and while I was still talking, she turned around and left me talking by myself. The unprofessionalism, rudeness, greediness, and meanness of Jasmine Nails & Soa, was overwhelming. They made me cry before my interview, when I found out that I couldn’t look perfectly flawless, and after I went back, they made me cry again. I told them that they treated me as a thief, they unprofessionally criticised a colleague store, and now they refused to assume responsibility. They did not care, and they let me go with three broken nails, for $15 miserable dollars. Now, I am at the Denver airport, on my way back home, hiding my three broken nails, again. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE TRATED POORLY AND UNPROFESSIONALLY, DO NOT MAKE ANY BUSINESS WITH JASMINE NAILS & SPA. I feel humiliated, and disgusted. Best, and YAY!!! for my new job with a major airline!!

I went to the salon this morning and experienced the most unprofessional service I've ever had. I went to Jasmine who I believe is the owner. I came in asking for dip and she was trying to persuade me to do acrylics which I explained I didnt like due to the removal process. She tried to convince me it was better as I can do fills and dip you have to remove which is true but I like to grow out my natural nails and dip is a better option for that. I heard her complain in vietnamese towards the end of the application that it takes longer to do dip and shes only making $55 whereas she'd make more doing acrylics and its a faster application. Why, provide the dip service if you don't want to do this process? I changed my mind in the design I wanted before she started working on that step. She then went on to complain about me changing my mind. The girl in seat #5 had the audacity to respond saying, charge her an extra $5. I am the paying customer, I should be able to change my mind. Especially since you have not started any designs on my nails. I would understand the frustration if she already started and it would be annoying to remove it and start over. Jasmine then proceeded to say, I wonder if she speaks vietnamese to the other worker. She had previously asked if I wanted a pedi as well which I initially agreed to. When she was wrapping up with my nails she asked me what color I wanted. I responded that I no longer needed a pedi in vietnamese to let her know I understood her complaints and talking mess out loud to the other co workers. She was appalled and politely asked if I didnt have time. Why would I give you anymore business when you're coming off as someone who don't enjoy providing customers with a level of service they deserve. I've been in the customer service industry for over 2 decades and if you don't like what you do, you shouldn't be in this industry. Here is a screenshot of Jasmine texting me after I left to apologize but also acting dumb and ask what she did wrong? To help translate as it is in vietnamese, she said she was "joking." I heard no laughter after any of her rude remarks. There are so many other nail salons. I will spend my money where I feel respected and the owner cares about customer satisfaction. Good nail techs will give recommendations base on what the customer wants vs for their own benefit of being lazy to do what the customer came in for and to make an extra $10.

***Update: Someone responded to my initial review and asked me to contact them, which I did via email. No one ever responded Therefore, I'm updating my review to 1 star.*** I've been coming to this nail shop ever since it opened. I've had a few people do my nails and toes, but my favorite person has always been LeeAnn. However she's gone now. So the past few times, I have gone to Mai, as she is my second favorite person. I don't know what happened this past Friday (8/1) but she did not do a good job on my nails at all. She rushed and glued the nail on my middle finger (on my right hand) in a crooked/bent position. Now my fingernail hurts and the nail is lifting up. Not to mention she used powder to glue the decoration on (the middle fingers of both hands) and the powder is running into the colored part of my nail. It's hard to tell Mai that's there's an issue because she seems to get an attitude, when you tell her anything, but I always choose to remain calm. If you don't remain calm they'll start talking about you in their language. I paid $120 in total-$85 for Ombre nails, $25 to repolish my toes w/gel, and a $10 tip. I requested a different design and it's nowhere close to what the picture looks like. Probably because she only looked at the picture once. So now I'm just out of $85(for nails) because I know an offer won't be extended to fix my nails. You guys used to care about your customers, but it seems as if you don't anymore. The quality has gone down and so has the customer service. I gave 2 stars because I like my toes.

Very disappointed in my experience today. My sister and I went into Jasmine nails off tower road for a sibling outing and we decided to choose this establishment. While my sister received exceptional service, my nail tech was anything but exceptional. Some of the worst customer service I’ve received, to the point that I was about to tell her to stop so I could leave. I will admit that I do tense my hands a lot because of my anxiety but I make sure to relax as best as possible and just breathe so the nail tech can do her job. Usually nail techs are sympathetic when I explain I only get my nails done once or twice a year and I have trouble relaxing a lot of the time. This woman that did my nails today had no sympathy and visibly began to rush through my manicure just to get me out of the seat, and she was clearly not rushing because it was busy because my sister and I were able to just walk in and grab and appt with no wait. She would yank and pull my hands forcibly and give me a dirty look each time. When she did choose to speak to me it was very short and abrasive. Each time I kept apologizing for being so tense and nervous to which she had no response, just another dirty look. My sister was sitting next to me and kept looking over to me in astonishment at how unprofessional this woman was. It got to the point that my sister was just telling me ā€œit’s ok you are almost done, just try to relaxā€ in front of the lady doing my nails to make it known that she was being unruly. When she was done and I went up to pay (and tip!) I thanked her and was met with another dirty look and a head nod and then she just walked away. I have gotten my nails done a couple time in years past from this establishment and never had an issue. But on this unfortunate day I got stuck with a woman that should not be working in a customer service setting. My mom and my sister who go here frequently will no longer be going here because of the utterly disappointing experience. What was supposed to be a relaxing afternoon just ended with me almost in tears and just wanting to go home. All this to say she did a decent job with the nails, nothing special but not bad, just an above average manicure that is nothing to write home about, and certainly not worth the price given how they choose to treat...
