Been here a few times, and today was C R A Z Y

It was their 420 block party and the place was BEYOND packed.

Typically the experience is akin to visiting a tech store that rhymes w grapple.

Multiple rows of ordering tablets to stream line the process and the registers stretching around the corner always seemed staffed by the most helpful and welcoming people.

USUALLY, the process is smooth, the vibes are chill, and the whole exchange is low key.

TODAY it was so much the-place-to-be that the line for in-store orders reached the door at one point during our visit.

There were so many people that their computer system was audibly GASPING trying to keep up with the demand.

Due to the increased wait times given the popularity of the block party, & it being 420 eve, annoying members of the community were personally insufferable.

But the employees maintained their cool and stayed professional and as friendly as ever.

My first time there. The gentleman at the front desk was absolutely amazing. When he was talking to us, he said if you start the review and tell the cashier they’ll take 10% off, which they did not he also explained that if we do cash or debit, there will not be any extra fee. We used our debit card and there was that extra fee. We feel that we were deceived and lied to as a first-time customer there we will not be going back..

In most businesses, customer service is extremely important. It doesn’t matter what type of product you have as long as the service is exceptional. The personality of the gentleman at the front counter was absolutely amazing however when he says something to new customers, he really has to know his facts because that’s what new customers...
