I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this Starbucks location! They completely messed up my order, which not only wasted my time but also cost me significantly more money than expected.
Firstly, when I arrived to pick up my order, it was completely wrong. They had given me someone else's order, and what I received was nothing close to what I had requested. Instead of offering a sincere apology or trying to rectify the situation, the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful.
I had to call an Uber from home and get the correct items. This unexpected trip added an extra expense, effectively tripling the cost of my sandwich .
When I suggested that they simply arrange for an Uber to deliver the correct items to me, considering it was their mistake, they flat out refused. They insisted that I bear the additional expense of the Uber ride to pick up the correct order myself.
The lack of accountability and customer service in this situation was appalling. Not only did I receive the wrong items, but I was also burdened with the cost and inconvenience of correcting their mistake.
Needless to say, I am deeply disappointed with the service I received at this Starbucks branch. This experience has left me feeling disheartened and unwilling to return to this location in the future. I hope they can learn from this and prioritize customer satisfaction and rectifying their mistakes...

But then when I call or when you pull up to the window they have what is "unavailable" on the app. It's not a big deal at first but when you try to get a cup of tea every morning, with a ton of traffic, and sometimes I have a coworker that'll pick it up for me so I have to send her my code to get my points. It is exhausting to go through the same game of "do they or don't they" have what I want. Just update the app!! Its for the convince of the customer and I have been inconvenienced to the point that I straight up just stop ordering from this location. I have complained about the app not being updated every time and the last time I spoke to this young girl that told me she updated the app just then only to get me off the phone. Read moreabsolutely appalled with how i was just treated. i placed a mobile order which told me it would be ready at 6:17 AM, and i pulled up to the drive through at 6:16 with one car there and she tells me my order hasn’t come in even though it says it’s being made so i have to go back around until they get it??? instead of asking me what i got ? i showed her my order on my phone and she rudely dismissed me and told me i have to go around. i went inside because i was almost late for work and another employee was even worse when i tried explaining what had happened. he told me that there’s glitches with the system because it’s drizzling outside? i’ve never had an issue before with the app let alone because of weather. anyways they made my drink fast and it was not at all what i normally get. so happy i wasted 7 dollars and 10...
