This was my first roller coaster, back when I was a young kid, and at the time I thought it was almost unbearably intense. It's actually a very tame and rather short Arrow Mine Train (with only a single lift hill, which is actually a bit unusual for this type of coaster). There is not a lot of theming. Its most thrilling moment is probably the headchopper illusion when it ducks under the Dry Gulch Railroad tracks.
I give it one more star than I might have, just because I enjoyed passing the torch by sharing it with my own kid when she was a wee thing. I remember glancing at her when we were going through the helix and seeing the biggest grin...
Read moreThis is a nice little ride. It's a great family coaster and even a great first roller coaster. If you are a major thrill junkie, you most likely wouldn't expect much from this ride. It just goes through a helix, hits the mid course brake run, goes through a double helix and hits the final brakes. However I got off this coaster with a smile on my face.
