When it's cold out it's virtually impossible to find seating inside. Great indoor eating spot that has great seasonal food options, but cafeteria tasting food otherwise. The regular food is not great, but if you get a chance to get any of the seasonal options I would definitely recommend that. This is a food court style eating area so the lines move pretty well. There are areas outside to eat and plenty of seating indoors. There are two small bathrooms inside the building so that's nice so you don't have to leave your eating area to find a bathroom in the park. The regular food isn't anything to write home about but the Thanksgiving egg rolls I had one year were amazing. When they have seasonal specials they are always worth getting.

I was at Hershey Park for 6 hours and I was starving, I finally found a food place and me and my friend got our food. I payed 15 dollars for a bacon cheeseburger. For context, I am a guy that loves burgers and I understand when they have to be mass produced, but that was the most disgusting, disappointing, overpriced excuse for a butger I have ever had in my life. I would have had a better dining experience eating leaves of of trees in hershey park than that miserable excuse for food. I genuinly belive that is the worst thing I have ever payed for. The only thing that made it somewhat edible was the fact that I was starving after being at an amusement park all day. Don't do it. It's not worth the pain. I couldn't even finish it.

It's like school cafeteria food, except it costs a fortune. Expect to pay about $20 for a sub par meal. Had the bacon cheeseburger and fries. Bacon was basically just bacon bites and the burger was dry. At least there was condiments and toppings. Thing is, there's really no other place to go, since this place was indoors and had air conditioning. Wish the food was better but then again, they know you're gonna overpay for sub par food anyway.

I usually love Hersheypark, and I used to love this restaurant when it was Minetown. But today's experience was horrible. The soda area was a mess, and there was no ice. We got in line to just get an order or fries, and the employee just kept loading chicken and chicken with fries into the warmer. When we asked about just fries, he had to go ask two other employees how to so it, and still took 10 minutes to dish them. Then we went over to the pierogies line, and three employees we back there goofing off and after we asked if we could get an order of pierogies they then spent 5 minutes arguing over who would wait on us. It was a real turn off, and I'm seriously not sure if I'll eat here the next time...
