Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Derry Township

Very disappointed with my experience. Spent over $100 and half the order was missing. The worker's literally laughed in everyone's face (young kids) because of course it wasn't just our meal that was messed up at the time we had an issue there was at least 7 different familes that also had issues and everyone was extremely frustrated as the staff acted as if they did not care at all and just continued to take more and more orders and have everyone just waiting. Just for the stuff that was missing from our order took well over 20 mins therefore my entire meal was then cold, wasn't happy about that either. The manager on duty however was very understanding and kind she did replace the missing items as well as give us a refund (still waiting for that to actually go through though so not positive if it was actually done or not). Very disappointing especially when Chick-fil-a is one of your favorite fast food...

I understand this location is hersheypark, but come on... plan for the number of customers you may have to cater to. The company has a great brand and great food products, however at this locatio. There are not enough chairs to provide seating for the volume of people coming in. No refills, double the standard cfa price for a combo, and they do not honor any cfa cards or coupons. Additionally, the staff behind the counter was inattentive, especially during a meal rush, my wife was waiting for food pickup and a hapless worker (who had been staring off) took no notice of her until she prompted him. Either train your staff to be vigilant and know that they are there for service first, not pal time, or hire staff who will take the...

This place was slammed during the Christmas hours. I waited in line for over 30 minutes but I am ok with that. Many, many staff working hard to do their best to keep up. They had a person directing people to order takers, calling out names for pickups and delivering people's orders to move things along as best they could. Food was great, maybe a half a notch below the normal Chick-fil-A but I'd say that was due to the sheer volume they had to move. All in all, I'd rather stand in line here then get served in a third the time at one of Hershey's food venues. The others are by no means bad but it's worth the wait. Whomever is working the line on weekends for this Christmas season deserves something extra in their paycheck....
