Well I think it's great that the people of Detroit have come up with an idea to actually do something with the properties that are unattended orb blight in the city, Detroit has come through a long process of trying to rebuild itself and thanks to the mayor and a lot of other organizations nonprofit organizations in other grants that the city is able to actually come back and I think this is a great idea. I congratulate the people that came up with the idea because this is great and I thank you for helping the city of Detroit comeback because we really need it we've been through a lot but we are always resilient and we will always come back
