Fogata is a restaurant located on the east corner of the Flagler Park Plaza Shopping Center, at the behind of Olive Garden Restaurant. The cafeteria was quite full, but there were still empty tables, but they were all dirty, so we had to wait standing next to the table to be cleaned. The waitress was friendly, helpful and efficient. The food arrived quickly, but some things did not turn out as expected. Tostones, Gallo Pinto, salad, chimichurri, hot sauce and cream were top quality products. However, the meat and chicken for the enchiladas looked like leftovers overheated with too many charred areas. The flour tortillas were broken because they were stuck together.
