Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Florida

Cashier/1st drive thru window (young hispanic man) has terrible customer service. Drive thru is extremely backup because young man as 1st drive thru window/cashier yells, demands & forces each customer to not move their car forward unless he tells them to move forward. Young cashier man talks down to customers as of the were dogs, yells at customers while point down at the ground demanding customers not to move. Extremely disrespectful. Terrible customer service. Extremely uncomfortable experiences. I’ve been here at least 6 times and he’s done it ever single time to myself and every car before and after me. If you decide to ignore the drive thru cashier’s demands, he slams drive thru window and runs to the 2nd window to stare down customers while they get their food. Very bizarre and unease experience. The staff does not even know the ingredients of the products Taco Bell sells. I asked for a Fresco Crunch Wrap (Has everything except the dairy products). The lady in the drive through didn't know what it was, she said she couldn't find it as an option to select in the register and when the manager chimed in, it would seem that he didn't know what it was either although he said he did. I order everything Fresco due to dairy allergies. It was mentioned and they gave me the Crunch Wrap with the ground beef, lettuce and tomato, no beans but they surely put a bucket of sour cream. I took to bites out of it which has lead to swelling, 2 Benadryl's and an Epie pen ready for the strike. Furious!!! I came to the drive thru at ten minutes till 11 and sat for 20 min for the 2 cars in front. When i finally got go the comm i sat another 8 with no answer. At this point 6+ cars were in line. When i finally got fed up of waiting i drove to the window and was told they were closed.

No one bothered to turn the drive thru lights off or anything. Both the KFC and tacobell sides say open until at least 12am. But i guess the staff decided to call it a night early and just assume everyone would know. Awful way to end a long day at work and go home with no food. Never stopping at this...
