MasMotoSports — Attraction in Doral

When I went looking for a shop to do a few upgrades to my ATV I came across Masmotorsports. The shop looks Well maintained and clean. But I noticed that they had a lot of 1 star reviews. I’m a person that likes to formulate my own opinions about things and places . So I went a head and had Masmotors install a snorkel kit and a radiator relocation kit on my Honda ATV. Man do I wish I would have listen to those one star review, where do I start. Once I got my atv back I went riding and I noticed that the U pipe that goes to the riser of the snorkel is disconnected. So I check and to my surprise they didn’t use PVC cement to hold the pipes together. So when I called and told them that the snorkel came apart they told me that you aren’t supposed to glue the pipes together and they went on to tell me they those pipes are meant to stay together with just pressure......?!?!?!?!? um... I don’t know where they go riding but when I go riding there are bumps, dirts and mud. So that was lie number one. Then I notice that my radiator relocation rack is missing the back up coolant reservoir tank. But before I accused them of not installing it I call the manufacturer directly (Highlifter) I spoke to a representative And they told me that every relocation kit comes with the back up coolant reservoir tank. So I went ahead and called MasMotors and told them that I want to pick up the coolant reservoir tank and I’ll install it my self. The mechanic from Mas told me I didn’t need it that when you relocate your radiator the part is eliminated..... So lie number two. So now I spoke to the own and he as very aggressive with me. The the own said he would fix the snorkel and that this was the last time he would work on my ATV. Very bad customer service form the owner. So they fix my snorkel. I ended up having to call Highlifter to order the the coolant reservoir tank and had to pay an additional 40 dollars for it. So I will never go to this shop again. And I urge you to never go to the shop Unless you want to over pay and possibly...

I would have put 0 stars if I could. Never ever go to this shop unless you want to waste time and money over a motorcycle that doesn't work. The owner Hector seems friendly at first but he's just a greedy man looking to make a quick buck. The women at the front desk is the same, seems friendly at first but doesn't do anything to help. Went in to see a bike, tried it out, everything seemed to work and run good. Their mechanic even confirmed with me that the bike was in very good conditions and that I should have no problems. Made a deposit but couldn't pick up the bike until the week after. When I finally picked the bike up, the bike broke down the first time not even a block away from the store. At first I thought it was a dead battery, so my gf drove me to go buy a new battery and when I replaced the battery and it started up again until it complete stopped again, not even 2 miles from the store. Tried to call them to ask for help but according to the women at the front desk, they could not help me bring the bike back to the store unless I was to push the bike back myself or call a tow truck. Turns out, nobody knows anything at this store, and they just want to screw you over. So never ever make a step through their doors. you'll end up...

Judge for yourself. I went To buy break pads for the scooter to change it myself. They werent happy about selling me just the parts. Then, when i went To install it was the wrong one. I returned to exchange for a another and again they gave me the wrong ones. My scooter is uncommon so I'm not too surprised by this part. I went back and told them and then they tried to give me a used pads that didn't even match. lol, although they said it was new it was half as thick as a new one that I compared it too (meaning it was half way used up, right?) I had found a store that did have them and so I asked to just have my money back... what hassle. they wouldn't offer me any more than a store credit- I just want brakes and you didn't have the money for to buy breaks without them returning my money. The next time I returned to there store with my scooter because it wasn't turning on. I signed to pay for their $60 inspection... the owner then came out said no that he didn't want my business because I complain to much. I only asked for fairness and if he's not taking advantage of people, he doesn't want the business. 2 stars because the girl at the front was nice...
