Terrible place!!! Do not do your kids birthday party here, they are not organized and don’t take care of their customers. Unless you are throwing money at them. The owner is arrogant and has no people skills. Customer service from him is a total 0, but he was quick in charging me. There he had the nerve to come up and because I told him, he would have to wait, due to the fact that my kids father stepped out to get balloons. Because there were none in my party room. He wanted to cancel my party, this is not Latin America, this is the USA. And no establishment charges you at the beginning of the party that’s like going to a sit down restaurant and you pay before the food comes. Oh but he will be quick to tell you that in his industry it’s like that... HA! This is not my first party in establishment like this.
Everyone from my party saw how rude he was and he thinks he did nothing wrong. His wife was rude to people from my party as well by ignoring them. Im guessing they are use to dealing with low life Individuals or they have an attitude that they think they are better then everyone else. But they really messed up because no one wants to return to this establishment due to the rude owner. They need to stop acting like this is outside the US. Note: Customer service is key to keeping customers happy and wanting to come back!!!! This place lacks of it completely from the moment you walk in. Completely disorganized
My party arrived on time and they had me waiting with no attention instead they had me put my cake and cupcakes on the cart. Instead of showing me the room and allow me to put my cupcakes and cake inside. All the owner was looking for was more money. They set up my room and didn’t even put up my banner up because, They stole from me party supplies. Im very organized and I do Inventory wrote everything down and on the box I gave them. I had two banners one for the table which is the normal kind and the other was for the background which was a balloon banner. And that didn’t need helium! My latex balloons bag more then half was empty but not one balloon was in my party room. And my 17 letter balloon to match my theme that said happy birthday and that was not used in my party room either or placed back in my box. I should have them pay for it just like how the owner acts. He’s sooo money hungry.
The cake table broke completely from one side that it could have hurt a child. Thank goodness I was Quick to get the kids away from the table. I have Pictures to prove it! And if anyone wants me to show them I will!!! My advice take your money and go somewhere else. There are much better places out there that will give you good customer service. I will Never return here for a party or ever. The pass he gave me I threw them out. Oh and the Groupon I had Purchased in the past to do a normal visit, i traded it in. I want Nothing to do with this place and if your smart you won’t either. There is A God up there and when you do wrong, you receive it back twice in return. It’s too bad because the staff actually is much nicer and professional. The two gentlemen who were in charge of my party gave us excellent attention. The owner should take a lesson from them. Read moreWe drove over an hour to visit Mega Jump (Doral) as part of my sons 8th birthday weekend. Let me clarify, we did NOT have a party there, just customers. I gave this establishment only ONE star because I think the price point was fair- (paid $29.00 for unlimited time, for my son ONLY). BUT that was the extent of our satisfaction with this place! Where do I begin?? Being the parents of an 8year old boy; we visit indoor jump/ trampoline/ ninja warrior courses basically EVERY.SINGLE.WEEKEND. However, we will NOT be returning to Mega Jump- Doral!! This establishment was Dirty, with a capital D! Food and trash ALL OVER the floor; at one point I watched as two kids were stepping in pizza and then got right in the foam pit! UGH! The bathrooms have a strong odor of old pee, no soap, no paper towels and no toilet paper!! I tried finding a staff member to let them know of the missing items in the bathroom but good luck finding anyone to listen! This place was COMPLETELY WAY UNDERSTAFFED! They had MAYBE two or three teenage kids supervising the entire play area, and they were basically just walking around hanging out together! Almost all other indoor jump places we have been (over 10 at least) have one employee per area! For example: one employee watching ninja course, one employee watching trampoline area, one employee watching foam pit, etc. this was NOT the case at Mega Jump Doral! In addition, what little staff they do have are Blatantly RUDE! My husband and I decided to buy snacks ( nothing they have to make due to their level of cleanliness, but bottle water and chips) and the women (who looked to be a manger/owner dressed in nice clothing) was chatting/ laughing on her cell phone the entire time! How do you mess up an order of bottle water and Doritos?? My husband and I decided to jump at the end of our visit to check out the inner workings of the place- BIG MISTAKE! As I was leaving the two women behind the counter were making fun of me bouncing while I was jumping with my son...??? Like WHAT?? I guess they didn’t realize this women can also speak Spanish! But who does that?? All in all- DON’T waste your money on this dirty, understaffed, judge mental place! I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to Mega Jump-Doral! HORRIBLE!!!

Instead of owning my issue and apologizing for what happened his response seems arrogant and out of line. Your staff is NOT well trained as you mentioned. If you look at cameras on Sunday 07/29 around 7:40PM you'd be able to see that one of your 'staff' members pulled my son out of the playground from his arm which could have been DISLOCATED. Keep in mind that if I wanted I could have your videos subpoenaed. You need to learn a little bit more of American customer service and leave the Venezuelan arrogant customer service if you want your business to succeed. And by the way my wife bough half an hour as suggested by your front desk personnel which seems to have a way more tact than the owner. PLEASE READ BELOW!!!!
I just took my son to this place. He was a little shy so my wife bought half an hour to play with him. My wife’s time ran out but our son still had half an hour left. The staff very unrespectully kept looking at my wife’s expired tag and assumed that my son’s time also expired. One of the staff members pulled him out without even asking us and my wife had to tell him to look at his time tag that he still had half an hour. Never going back! Other options in Doral sound more appealing.
