Conclusion: I would NEVER stay here, THEY ARE CLUELESS to the business they are in. Summary: The hotel is clean, but the stay was uncomfortable. The hotel does not have lotions, conditioners, etc., you have to go the front desk for fresh towels, and breakfast means bread and cereal/oats. (Picture of their laughable cereal bowl included - unfortunately those are not a giant apple or orange). Positives: 1) The hotel is new and is clean. Negatives: 1) The hotel DOESN'T have ANY LOTION, CONDITIONER, kitchen paper towels, dish soap, laundry bags, WASH CLOTH, etc. (most of which is basic). Be careful when you use the dishes, chances are it was only rinsed (HINT: no dish soap in the room). Also just know that you can't run the TV and microwave simultaneously. 2) To get fresh towels is hard. My wife, 8 months pregnant, requested for fresh towels in the morning in person, but when we came back to our room in the evening they never provided fresh towels. My wife came to front desk to request for fresh towels because we never received them, but to our surprise the front desk person with an arrogant attitude said we need to bring our used towels to the front desk. Which they never asked for from the lady (white) in front of us. When my wife brought the used towels the front desk asked my wife to EXPLAIN the juice stain on the towel. (NOTE that the hotel DIDN'T have kitchen towels, or even wash cloths in their room). Then just went to back without saying anything. We assumed they are bringing the towels to our room because he didn't say a word because we NEVER had to get towels from the front desk and carry it to our rooms. The front desk didn't bother to call the room to tell us to come get it either. After more than 30 mins, my very pregnant wife went down again get the towels. 3) Lets talk about the non-existent breakfast. Out of 4 breakfasts we only had one breakfast where they had some food, the other three days there was only bread, and cereal and that's at 8:30a. They didn't even have bananas. Literally, this hotel has NO CLUE how many guests are staying, and they are supposed to provide breakfast. Moreover, the bowl for cereal or oats is just laughable. It holds 4-6 scoops. Talk about penny pinching. We essentially went to local restaurants for breakfast after our hotel "breakfast" Just know there are other hotels in that area with impressive reviews.

Upon arrival, the police had been called as there was a disparity concerning one customer's required deposit and another customer's much lower deposit. The customer indicated it was based on race and not credit/ debit card use. I checked in using my credit card and had no issues so I don't know. Appreciated not having to pay for parking or needing a parking permit like some other hotels. A little further out than I would've liked but close to shopping and other things if you have a car. Room was larger than I thought it would be. There were a couple issues that I discovered though. The minimum linen was provided and I do mean minimum as in one washcloth, two hand towels and two towels. There were 5 of us. The fold out bed had no linen at all. Usually there us a drawer or closet that had extra. Not here. The kitchenette was a surprise as there was a decent sized refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. A hot plate and skillet are provided upon request. There was a garbage disposal too. But no liquid or pods were provided. The lighting is all lamps (6) except for the kitchen area so it can be kinda dark. The shower had soap and shampoo dispensers that were empty (we brought our own). The bed linen was definitely thin and the air conditioning gets cold. The TV is large but the volume stays low even on MAX. There were a couple areas in the bathroom that could've been touched up with paint. Lastly, breakfast was pre-bagged with fruit, muffin, bagel, and a baby sized box of juice. Definitely a child version of breakfast courtesy of Covid.

Absolutely worst Hilton property I have ever stayed in!!! Started off wrong when I asked to make an early morning airport shuttle reservation and I was informed the shuttle ran from 0900-1700 hrs only. I said when I made the reservation I asked about an early shuttle and was told it wouldn't be a problem at all. Ironically, another couple was having a shuttle issue as well, we had to spend and additional $43.00 for an Uber. The property was terrible as well. When we first got there we took our bags up to our room and my wife noticed the toilet seat was extremely loose, she informed the front desk and they said it would be fixed before we got back, it wasn't..... I tightened it up as best I could with no tools. Next is a list of other issues; The bathtub is ABSOLUTELY DANGEROUS!!! There might have been non-slip in it at one point in time but it was slicker than snot and we are no spring chickens. The shelf above the kitchen sink area was cracked and broken, the dishes were all wet in the dishwasher, there was a sleep mask that was found between the lamp and the wall(makes you wonder how well the room was sanitized. Lastly there were some type of small bugs in the room, again cleanliness comes into question.... The picture I am posting Is hanging in their lobby, I will be calling Hilton next week to see if they stand behind it. I chose this hotel specifically because of the free airport shuttle and made a note to ask about an early shuttle as well. Will never stay there again!!

PLEASE READ. THIS MIGHT SAVE YOU FROM FUTURE HEADACHE.

Let me start by saying the staffs were nice during my stay and the hotel environment was neat. I stayed there for a total of 8 days and 7 nights. They gave free breakfast which was basically a bagel looking thing, jelly and water for the ENTIRE 8 days i was there. So basically there were NO varieties in food options. I guess we can blame that on COVID because that's the new excuse for every business that wants to save money.

Throughout my entire trip my room was NOT cleaned. You have to request for room service (which was fine by me) but EVERY TIME i called there was one reason or the other why the room service person couldn't come ( By the way i was out of the room on most days). I always had to go downstairs and get my towels exchanged... I feel like the luxury of a hotel is to always be able to get back to a clean room but i guess they don't think that way. They are trying to cut costs by all means and blame it on covid.

Normally when i checkout from hotels, the rooms are checked BEFORE i leave and after that i have no more interaction with the hotel. This time was different.... I checked out, they told me everything was fine THEN charged me after i left claiming there was a STAIN on my bed sheet. There was NO stain on that bedsheet.... How are you going to tell me there is a stain on a bedsheet you guys NEVER cleaned for the ENTIRE 7 NIGHT that i was there?????? So I called immediately i got charged and the woman I spoke to at the front desk said that she had emailed a picture of it. GUESS WHAT? I never received any pictures. I called back then she started ignoring my phone calls then I called with a different number and she picked up IMMEDIATELY and she started lying saying her email wouldn't send it uhmmm. I asked to speak to the manager and all of a sudden the manager was "Not Here" . They said she would call back but never did. I have called back on different days during 9-3 but they are still lying that the manager is "Not there".

Honestly it's not about the amount that i got charged. How do you LIE to tell me there was a stain on my bed and i am 100% sure there was no stain or any cause for stain. They had already released my damage deposit when I checked out so they went back to make a FRAUDULENT transaction so they could make money off me. SHAME ON Home2 Suites by Hilton Miami Doral West Airport.

I dont even care about the breakfast because it was free and the room situation is a feedback. What i'm ANGRY about is them ignoring my calls, lying that I stained the bed i did NOT stain and them charging me for something...

Let me start out with this is one of the most deceitful hotels I’ve ever stayed at it says online this is an airport hotel with airport shuttle. So when we arrived at the airport we called for pick up as directed after about an hour we got picked up but we was at the wrong location Nobody at the hotel explained that to us . The hotel called me back asked where we was I was told I needed to go up a floor and meet them up there so we did once we got in the bus we was taken on about a 40 minute ride to get to this airport hotel on check in I asked What time does the shuttles run because I have to be at the Cruise port in two days they said their shuttles only go to the airport And that’s from 9 to 5 I told them I have two stays one before my cruise one after my cruise and I need to be at the airport on my second stay Tuesday morning at 4:30 AM they said they could not accommodate that then I found out there is a Home2suites Miami I asked can we switch our reservations to that hotel for both stays she said no it is different owners I assumed this was a Hilton hotel to find out it’s just a franchise ship so since I got nonrefundable cause I trusted in Hilton‘s name they told me I was stuck for both hotel stays that each one cost me $475 a piece it ended up costing me a cab Fair to go to Miami $80 each way and then another cab Fair to go to the cruise port for $80 I asked again during check-in is there a way for the second day to be Home2suites Miami they really told me no they said as we said it is nonrefundable because you went through a third-party I checked with my third-party they said they’ll cancel the second reservation and told me to dispute the second reservations charge that’s what I did and now I have been charged back to my card $475 and have been told there’s nothing I can do about it . My advice is to always double check hotels like this that are deceitful if you’re booking through a third-party that is also deceitful like Expedia or any other other ones then you need to double check triple check where this airport hotel is especially when it’s not even close to the airport at this point I would not recommend a Hilton hotel to anybody also on a sidenote there heated pool is not heated at all. I have the lowest recommendations for this hotel I’ve attached a copy of my second day that I did not even get to stay at and it cost me this much money because they would not allow me to cancel even though they was subpar and they...

We stayed here on either end of a cruise for 4 nights total. It cost approx $200/night. Its a newer property and appeared nice, BUT WE SOON FOUND THE FLAWS. There is absolutely no where to get food near here except delivery., mostly pizza. They didn't have any info to offer us as far as food choices, and only offered suggestions of pizza hut or papa John's pizza. They do have a little shop there. we got a 3/4 oz bottle of lotion, an ice cream bar and a pop. Almost $12! The shuttle for the hotel only runs from 9-5, and only to the airport. So since our plane landed at 6:30 pm had to take a taxi, cost $45. There is a shuttle to the port, but it only runs twice. 11 am and 12pm. Our check in time at port was 10:30 and we needed to be there early for Covid testing, so had to hire taxi, cost $40. Breakfast is from 5:30-9, but they shut down early. Husband got breakfast sandwich, and it was cold in the middle, he had to bring back to room tp heat up. No Danish, cereal or waffles at 8:30, had already been put away. We only had a half roll of toilet paper in the room and was told could only get 1. Which is fine, but whoever heard of a hotel that didn't have extra rolls in the bathroom? Only about half the electric outlets in the room worked. Got back from cruise, should have found different hotel, but we were busy and forgot. So again, paid another $40 for taxi to hotel. Got in early, around 10 am, which is when you have to get off the ship. We knew we would have to wait on room since it was early. But we didn't get a room until 3:00! Had to sit in that lobby for 5 hours! Kept asking if one was ready yet and they kept saying no. I mean really, does it take a crew of housekeepers 5 hours to clean a room? Later, went to get extra pillows as you get 3 pillows on a king size bed. We were told that property only gives 1 pillow per person. What?! Finally was able to get 1 more flat pillow. Went to bathroom to get a tissue and they were arranged very nicely on the box. All 2 tissues. They had them folded and fluffed to look like more! So off to front desk for tissues. I kid you not, the Man reached under the desk and pulled out a used box with about 1/3 of a box of tissues. Really?! Couldn't even get us a new box? Had to be at airport at 5am for our flight. Cost another $40 for taxi. We go on about 2 cruises a year out of Miami usually and will NOT being staying here again, and makes us think about staying at any Hilton property. Very...
