I told him he was being disrespectful and he began laughing harder and walked away. He clearly was upset that he had to work for an extra 5 minutes and we didn’t buy anything. Extremely disrespectful and rude, Grainger should train their staff that they are EMPLOYEES representing their company and meant to help the customer. No one is forcing them to work in customer service.
