Our experience was terrible. We recently went there for the Blues Festival meet and greet and there were many things there that were non-except-able and are things that make me and the other guests not go there again. The first thing that we saw when we entered was that the place was filthy. Under the table’s were dirt and left over mess from the previous event held. The owner showed that she doesn’t care about what her business and what she wants to show and present to her customers. We were told that we could move the piano to a different place so that our saxophonist who was playing would have some room to do what he need to do for playing. But, at the last minute they told us that we couldn’t move the piano for no reason. Because of this, the saxophonist had a hard time getting his stuff situated and set up. There was also no bartenders and the people that did bartend us were miserable and acted like they didn’t want to be there. When we would get our drinks they would complain about their job and were very rude to the people who were giving them money to put food on the table and paying the rent for their homes. We also found different things in our drinks like bugs at the bottom of the glass. We were also promised food for the people that attended the event. What we got was slim to nothing all but bread and fruit. We thought that we would get a full meal because at the time people were hungry and all they had was barley appetizers. We overpaid for cheese and bread. But more then half of the things we’re not there when it was all said and done. Read moreThis place is absolutely terrible and unprofessional. We’ve been planning a surprise dinner for my grandmother for two months. We paid the $1000 deposit for it in April. Robin (the owner) stated she would send us a contract for our booking. We never received a confirmation or anything for the services we wanted. I followed up 5+ times and we continuously reminded her that we didn’t have a contract. On May 18th once again she stated via text that she would send the contact. We waited another week, On the last call a week later she couldn’t remember what room we booked and acted as if she never received the money and stated we didn’t have a contact. We are well paying customers and were willing to pay anything for this venue. She had an attitude and was very unprofessional the entire time. Read moreWhile looking for a wedding venue, we went to Bella's website and scheduled an appointment to visit. It clearly had dates and times to choose from. The day comes, we're on time, nobody's there. After calling the number, she said booking online wasn't an actual appointment, just a request. Fair enough. She asked if we'd be able to return 4 hours later and Michael could give us a tour. Nobody showed up then either. I called again, she called Michael and said he's 10 minutes away. 20 minutes later we left. Horrifically unprofessional.
