If I could give 0 stars then I would. I work right by here in the shopping plaza, so I try to go there during my lunch breaks to grab a quick snack and a drink. Every time I end up spending up 20 to 25 minutes just waiting in line to be checked out. There goes almost half of my lunch break when in reality it should have taken 15 minutes at the most. The employees see me come in with my headset and lanyard on; therefore, they should know I am on some type of break and I'm in a hurry. Instead, the employees just stand there and they do not offer to open another register. Or offer to check me out while waiting for management for another customer.
