LOT TO SHARE!!! Our daughter booked this venue for 2 hours to celebrate our grandsons 3rd birthday. The event time was 5pm-7pm. She paid a $100 deposit in advance as required. When we arrived, we learned the food they provided at the venue for purchase was not available after 5 pm. Our daughter was told drinks were included with the party, but when we arrived, we were told drinks were not included. We purchased drinks for everyone at the party and found we did not have enough drinks. When we asked for cups for the kids, they gave us peanut bowls or cups to drink out of. PEANUT CUPS!!! Needless to say, we were not pleased at this turn of events. What should have been a great outing to celebrate our grandsons birthday had quickly turned into a nightmare. Meanwhile, an employee made several trips over urging our daughter to pay the balance. Our daughter wondered what balance because this amount was never communicated until the employee brought over a bill for an additional $198. Mind you, this party was for 10 toddlers, but there were only 5. The only adult that used their equipment was our daughter, who went with our grandson because he is small. They were on the equipment for twenty minutes tops. Also, the balance was never communicated until we arrived at the venue and was halfway thru the celebration. My wife and I were livid with the treatment we received from the staff, and we were being charged a ridiculous $298 to accept it. Let me say, the money was definitely not an issue for us to pay, but we did not agree with the charges for the short time we were inside the venue and barely used the equipment. When we arrived, there was no security at the venue that we noticed, but shortly after the employee brought over the bill, several police officers began to gather near the cash register. My wife and I had seen enough and went to talk with someone to resolve this very unpleasant ordeal before the police took it to another level. After getting little to no satisfaction from the employee who brought over the bill, we asked for a manager. A very nice young lady named Jessie Blount, who was the manager, came over to assist. After sharing our frustrations with how this event had turned out, she was apologetic and understanding and offered a solution to which we accepted and resolved the bill. I would not recommend this venue for toddler parties. If you choose to book this venue for an event, I highly recommend getting a clear understanding from the children running it...
Read moreWhat a great place for the family to go with their children! There are so many things for everyone to do. It's not just about jumping on a trampoline, there are activities that will challenge you physically. You will also notice that employees are strategically placed around the building to make certain everyone is participating in a safe manner and keeping things running in an orderly fashion. If you've not been, someone will greet you at the door directing you over to the computers to load your information and electronically sign a waiver for you and your family. Then you go over to the desk where you will decide how long you will stay and pay accordingly. Since you haven't been before you'll need to purchase a pair of socks which can be used for future visits. So pay up, get your color coded wristband, put on your socks and get ready to jump or climb or be a Ninja or play dodge ball or perhaps you are brave enough to attempt the Wipeout challenge. Or maybe you're like me and just want to sit in one of the massaging recliners while the rest of your group is off having fun. Oh, and did I tell you about the lockers? Yeah, if you have a purse or jackets and shoes you don't want to carry around with you, go put them in the locker for a nominal fee. Getting thirsty or needing a sugar rush? There are drinks and candy bars available for purchase. You're in for a fun filled outing at Extreme Air in...
Read moreWe have come here now for quite a while, as we began to enjoy the other park much less. We liked the amenities and the options. Have you ever had to sign a safety waiver and an agreement of which you understand the risks involved with this type of activity? The jump park is the type of place you'll find one of these forms, but after you sign the waiver and accept the risks, you will find you're not able to consent for your child even though you have to place them on the form. My wife and I jump every time with my daughter, and we (all 3 of us) enjoy the "big trampolines" the most. She all of a sudden can not go in there because she isn't tall enough? I'm still paying the same price? I won't jump without my daughter, I won't be returning if you can not make sense of the change. I want to understand why I am signing this if I can not consent for her to jump while I am constantly with her. Then, an employee who has to sit there and express this concern to everyone? This is poor management (a young employee being required to deal with confrontation when they clearly know this is a new rule and dont understand it either). This needs to be explained prior to jumping, and areas need to be offered by price if you're limiting what can be done. No longer a...
